The only drawback for me is the dining room is often filled with patrons and the noise level isn't favorable. Hence why I usually opt for a to go beverage and a pastry. They have great fresh baked pastries. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes their staff can learn to speak up and to speak with confidence. It doesn't take that to get my beverage and be on my way. I also like how this coffee shop is relatively close to I-25. So if you're traveling up or down 25, consider this place a pit stop. Also, I like their gift shop. It's setup near the register. So when you're waiting in line it gives you an opportunity to browse items, pickup a bag of coffee or other item before ordering. Looking forward to my next visit!

They're definitely welcoming to littles as I did see a few kids under five so thank you for considering families. They have a very large menu that's contains coffee and coffee based beverages as well as some Italia sodas and some energy infused Red Bull drinks, smoothies and non coffee drinks. I asked the barista for a recommendation and she told me to try the maple bar, which was a white mocha with maple and I'm happy to say it is fantastic. I would order it again. They do offer sweets and savory treats. I just ended with a cake pop but would be interested in trying other items. The price of the coffee was about $13 including tip, my drink, and a cake pop. I think it's reasonable for the area and for what I received. They have a drive-through so if you are in a rush in the morning, it would be a very easy stop and they have a lot of seating space for people to work and converse. They also have these really cute swing chairs that I enjoyed. They have a rooftop bar and ample outside patio seating however it was really windy the day that I came so I stayed on the main floor. The only thing that would make the space better is if they had some sort of couch or relaxed seating. I was looking for something a little cozier than metal chairs I would recommend this place as a cute date, meet up spot, a place to hang with friends, or a place to work. I will definitely be back.

Tried Lost Coffee and honestly... this place gets it. The Pinemeadow latte with lavender syrup was the star of the show, smooth, lightly floral, and not overly sweet. Also tried an Earl Grey tea and an oat milk latte, both solid and well balanced. We grabbed a morning bun, cheese square and a chocolate pastry (name vanished from memory, taste did not ). Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully made. What really stood out is the variety. Their menu reads like a playground for coffee lovers, with plenty of sweet and savory options to explore. What can I say about this coffee place? Well the owner is creative and kind, the coffee is the best in Castle Rock, the location is GREAT, and the kids who work there and a lot of fun. Grab a coffee and some of those little donuts and go shopping at the barn. If your a busy mom then take some time for yourself, get a babysitter and walk around our cute town with a LC in your hand. There is no sit down option inside or outside. Coffee Stop is a small shack in a parking lot within close proximity to Plum Creek Parkway and I-25. This would be an ideal location for someone traveling to or away from Denver. It's a very short drive from the Plum Creek Pkwy exit. This is how small the building is. There is just enough room for two people (staff) to stand and to take your order and prepare it for you. Their menu offers an assortment of items. They do have breakfast pastries to go with your coffee beverage. I ordered a medium drip coffee. It tasted okay. Nothing special but it did the trick with my caffeine fix. They get their coffee from a business in Denver. I like that they're local. While driving back home I sipped on my coffee. When arriving home I needed to put some sweetener in the coffee to jazz it up a bit. Overall, not bad. I would consider them as a quick coffee option. Otherwise, I have a favorite coffee place not too far from here. Again, perfect for when you need to grab a quick coffee and get on the highway or back onto it. I like that staff is personable. A gentleman took my order today. We engaged in light conversation. I never got a "yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever vibe" while talking with him and when he answered my question about the source of their coffee. Again, open to returning with no hurry.

Best of all, I don't think a lot of people know about it as it is just a little hut in a strip mall parking lot and the pine trees kind of block it when your heading south on Wilcox just past Plum Creek. Hours are M-F 6a-1p and Saturday's 7a-11a, closed Sundays. They always have complimentary dog treats for our dog Snoopy and suckers for the kids.
