I was also able to use a store coupon for my son's baseball equipment which helped us save an additional 20% off his needs for the spring season. The staff was friendly & patient as I leveraged my coupon at check out and if I had any questions while shopping. I also appreciated their price check scanners to help me verify totals when selecting items. On a previous visit, we were able to score some nice basketball shoes that were reduced as well. With this in mind, I like to come in and browse from time to time because I never know what I will find. Some days we don't find much and others we find great deals. I like this location.

I wanted to get it assembled in-house, he then informed me that because of the Covid they only have an assembler coming once a week and they have been there for this week already.. BUT that he would go check the floor to see if there was one already put together for me.. there was 1!!! I asked him would he hold it for an hour for me and I would be there to pick it up.... I walked in, asked for him and he had already pulled the bike down off the rack for me and had it ready to go.. Everyone in the store was pleasant and wearing masks.. this was a great experience for me..

This location is in the Cumberland mall area and connected to Golf Galaxy. They have a hugeee parking lot, ready for dozens of shoppers. When I visited they had just opened and there were only a few other customers but I saw more and more as I shopped around. The store itself is huge. It was incredibly organized and laid out to catch your eye. Especially the pretty pink setup at the front which I assumed to be highlighting (or preparing to highlight) Breast Cancer Awareness month which is approaching, which I thought was lovely. I headed to the shoe section and the options were endless. I had no idea what I was looking for, to be honest. I had a slight idea but thought that I'd get some guidance here... not really. The young ladies over the shoes were incredibly sweet and patient, but I wish someone was able to offer some expertise. I tried on 2 different shoes with the help of one young lady and a young man who appeared from the back with the shoes. I didn't realize that they had devices around the shoe section that allowed you to request shoes in your size using the barcode, names, etc. Very cool! I ended up going with some colorful Nike Frees which were on sale and felt like clouds on my feet. I looked around the store on my way to checkout and phew, those prices were no joke! There didn't seem to be a huge variety in brands or pricing (lots of big names), but great variety in styles, colors and schools/teams represented. Checkout was incredibly easy and the employees at the front were helpful. Glad I found my shoes!

He could have told me $100 I don't friggin know anything about buying gloves and considering how cold it was going to be I probably would have bought them. The associate was nice... he wanted to make sure my gloves fit and once we found they did, he rung me up and I was on my way. This purchase was well worth it. When I was experiencing those cold days and even colder nights and my coworker without gloves was putting his hands in his pockets in a futile attempt to keep them warm, I was thankful to have bought my gloves at exoffico.

But then I had more and so I'd have to get dressed go put the clothes out that I just tried it on and then grab the other ones and it was a big headache. Finally an employee came and just let me bring all 6. they seem to have a lot of employees but very little customer service or help. The most disappointing part of my academy trip was that they no longer offer a military discount. They were always a very "support the troops" organization and this threw me off guard. The best part of my trip to this location was that I found what I came in to look for. I was thrilled to find the swimsuit section was half price so I bought more than I would've. I'm a huge NBA fan and have apparel from six different teams (Hawks, Spurs, Heat, Knicks, Bobcats, and Clippers). Most of the stuff I own I purchased online at the NBAStore.com. That's usually the best way to go if you want authentic merchandise, but aren't in the city of your favorite team. The Team Gear Store has at least three locations inside Philips Arena. The main store is located directly across from the CNN Center food court entrance. The other ground floor location, which is located on the opposite end of the "Hawk Walk" concessions and close to the Taco Mac and Georgia World Congress Center entrances, specializes in custom jerseys and women's apparel. The upper level store is located just around the escalators and carries a limited selection of the main store's offerings. The Philips Arena Team Gear Store and the NBA Store both have good Hawks merchandise selection online, but the store with the best selection is the Team Gear Store. I was able to purchase my red Al Horford "ATL" (Hawks alternate uniform) t-shirt by Adidas here. You can't find the red "ATL" jersey tees anywhere else, including the NBA Store whose version says "Atlanta" across the front instead of "ATL" like the real Hawks jerseys. They also have the home white and road blue versions too. The Team Gear Store has apparel for several Hawks players including some of the role players like Zaza Pachulia, Jeff Teague, Kirk Hinrich, and Tracy McGrady. If you want your own jersey, the secondary ground floor location has a machine that will print your name on a blank jersey for you. At every Hawks game I've been to this season, it seems like there's always some kind of sale going on at the Team Gear Store. One night, they had a Joe Johnson All-Star 2012 t-shirt on sale for $10. Another night, they had a retro red and yellow Atlanta Hawks t-shirt on sale for $10. Great deals, especially considering most authentic NBA t-shirts cost $20+. My Horford shirt was $25. There's something for everyone including women and kids. Not only apparel, but memorabilia and novelty items like basketballs, golf balls, bobble heads, flags, posters, and stuffed animals.
