Very ethical, gives me the vibethey are not trying to rip you off. She says her back feels much better afterward, which is what mattered most. The location is convenient as well. The only downside is that the facility is pretty small, and the rooms are just big enough for the therapist and client, so you'll need to wait in the lobby. Not a huge issue, though. We got to the room and stripped down and had an alright massage. The ladies would ask us our preference for the massage and I needed it softer at times and harder. We were also given the lavender oil option for $10 more to which we declined as the regular oil sufficed. The downside is there was no hot stone like I'm used to getting and the ladies talked to eachother laughing for probably about 10-15 minutes of the whole massage. Sometimes they would whisper but I wanted to relax and just hear the sounds of the music. The massage oil was also on the other side of the room instead of them having it nearby so they would have to stop at times and walk all the way over to reapply. We still tipped them $20 each but next time I would do single massages to avoid conversation during my paid time. I'm glad I could finally stop by and experience it after always driving by it my whole life but for the price I could get a better massage in New York.

Personally, I prefer foot massages over full-body massages. I initially found Ann when I heard that reflexology foot massages could help heal my eight-month-long plantar fasciitis pain. After five or six visits, my plantar fasciitis pain completely disappeared, and I've kept going biweekly to prevent it from ever coming back. (Spoiler alert - foot massages have prevented any recurrence!) Since reflexology worked so well on me, my husband started getting regular foot massages himself. He used to have foot pain from running, and his pain disappeared as well. He's now into walking--rather than running--and Ann's foot massages have kept him pain-free. Ann is the best reflexologist, and her foot massages never cause me pain. Her new location off Zion Avenue is cozy and comfortable. We'll continue going as long as she remains in business!
