I specifically said I only wanted the light blue added above the dark blue on the bottom layer. Guess how it shows up...light blue on the top and the bottom and might I add it was done so quick and poorly. At that point, I would have just left it as is and had an upset kid. Now it looked like shit. Another girl stepped in who seemed more in charge and confirmed it was an online order and asked if I already paid. I said yes and it seemed as though because I already paid nothing could be done. The icing on the cake was as I was leaving the original girl "helping" me yelled HAVE A NICE DAY!
