I called early to see if we could check in prior to the check in time but our room was not ready yet. However, the hotel does offer to hold your luggages so we left it with them while we went about our day. They were kind enough to call me back to let me know when the room was ready. During check in time, they provided us complimentary juice and a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. We booked an ocean view high floor room and they gave us the highest floor there was on 12th floor and a corner room. It had two balconies with the most amazing views overlooking diamond head on one side and the ocean on the other. The room and bathroom was spacious for 2 people but their shower was a bit small. There also provide complimentary reusable water bottles as well. Pro Tip: At check in, if you opt in to not have daily housekeeping, they offer 50% off the resort fees. This is great because you save money and are environmentally friendly!

Great pet friendly hotel! Thank you for the doggie bowl, blanket and pee pads! Nice quiet beach access right outside!

The Lotus was the perfect hotel for us. It is down at the end of the strip towards Diamond Head. It is still an easy walk to the center of Waikiki but the Lotus area is much more quiet. Our room was clean and modern and was only a very short walk, less then 3 minutes, to the beach. The hotel provided beach towels and beach chairs. They also had bikes available for hotel guests. The laundry room was also free for guests, We would definitely stay there again if we return to Honolulu.

My boyfriend and I loved the Lotus Honolulu! I had booked the Lotus through the Southwest Airlines website. The price was decent (for Hawaii) and the location was near Waikiki Beach, but a little ways away in a quieter area called Diamond Head. Also, I received 16,000 Southwest Rapids Rewards miles for our stay! Miles are always a great bonus. The hotel is situated near a large park. It is not right on the beach, but the beach is literally a two minute walk, on the other side of the hotel next door. We never had any difficulty finding a parking spot. The front desk staff were exceptional! Everyone we interacted with were very friendly, helpful, and upbeat. They offered lots of suggestions about places to eat in the area. Our favorite restaurant, by the way, was the Barefoot Beach Cafe, only a 7 - 10 minute walk from the Lotus. It had been recommended by another Yelper who had "eaten all her meals there." We ended up eating 90% of our meals there because the food was so good and the prices were reasonable. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it was quite high end, so we did not give it a try. There is also a well-stocked convenience store at the hotel next door, in case you need water, snacks, toiletries, etc. Our room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The room seemed to be soundproof. We could not hear our neighbors on either side of us. The bed was comfortable and there was a large TV in the room. The toiletries were "Lather", which is a great brand. The balcony offered a view of Diamond Head and a partial view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and bird-watching at dusk. There is an amenities fee, which covers parking, bike rental, beach chair rental, and yoga classes. I did not know about the yoga classes until I checked out the Lotus website. I was thrilled to receive a free private yoga session on Saturday in the park. It was really an awesome experience. They even provided a yoga mat! Just make sure you sign up with the front desk ahead of time. The only bummer was the lack of places to charge our phones in the room. Otherwise, we had a wonderful visit and would stay at the Lotus again.

Front entry it was so wonderful!

Incredible stay very peaceful two beaches in inn 2-4 min walk so wonderful and relaxing the front desk was amazing and the cleaning staff was wonderful about coming at whatever time was best for us! Def a repeat for us we loved it!!

Great hotel, super friendly staff. It was nice to be away from the touristy Waikiki strip. Most people around hotel are locals, except the hotel guests of course. Met some nice locals who chatted with us about the area and the resident monk seals. Grab your camera! Only a 5 minute walk to the Waikiki restaurants and shopping (Kalakaua Ave). Upon arriving, James helped us with our bags and helped us pick a nice parking spot for our rental car (free parking). Plenty of parking under the hotel structure, right in front of the main hotel doors. Rhian checked us in and even helped take pictures of us near the fountain (she saw that we were struggling with selfies, haha). We saw James and Rhian most of our trip, and they were both super friendly and helpful. Our room on the 12th floor was fantastic. Views of both Diamond Head and the Ocean. We sat on that balcony many times, sipping coffee and eating snacks. It was so relaxing. We went snorkeling off the beach just next to the Outrigger Canoe Club (it's a public beach). Super short walk from hotel. Grab towels at front desk. Water was clear and warm. Saw 3 turtles and a bunch of fish. There's an outdoor shower next to hotel to rinse off sand. We loved the TBD Bar + Lounge...and the 2 free glasses of wine during the 5pm-6:30pm social for hotel guests. We ordered food and cocktails too, which were delicious. Bartender, Ostein, is a master at making pretty, delicious drinks. We also saw James, doing double duty as a server. Awesome! Julie, the hotel manager, was there greeting guests. She is so nice. Thanks for a great trip, Lotus! See you all next time.

First, let's talk about customer service. The hotel staff know exactly what it means and they ALL make you feel like the Aloha is real. The room was excellent, and the cleaning staff had our room sparkling every day. They work so hard! They gifted me a bottle of wine for my birthday, wished me a good morning every morning, and always a welcome back in the eves. The location is far enough from the main strip to not be in the thick of the drag racer boys but close enough that we walked to the Barefoot cafe, onto Waikiki, and ventured to Diamond head on another day. We will be back and hope the Lotus keeps things exactly the same.

This room is not fancy but very beautiful and room. Lanai was clean and pretty roomy. Love the view and the room amenities were perfect! Thank you Zee and Christieann who were very welcoming and pleasant. Zee made checking in easy. Christieann made my morning with her very pleasant, friendly, full of Aloha greeting. Much Mahalo to Lotus Honolulu, Zee and Christieann! If y'all want a friendly beautiful right on the beach hotel...this is it!

My mom and I stayed 2 nights here. It's a great location, outside of the hustle of downtown Waikiki. We booked a high floor room, which I definitely recommend. There were a number of hiccups I wasn't thrilled about. I'm giving it 4 stars for the location, the value, and (most of) the staff. LOVED - Location near to Diamond Head w/ gorgeous sunrise views - Lanai overlooking both Diamond Head and views of the ocean - Close access to Kaimana Resort next door for Hau Tree and their cafe and larger beach - The bathrooms are large, and the showers have a little seat you can sit while you soak your feet. - They offer you free beach towers and beach chairs (that's what the facility fee covers). - Free newspapers in the lobby and filtered water dispenser - Free wine hour in the afternoons DIDN'T LOVE - The staff are young and well-meaning but inexperienced and not very professional. The front desk person (I won't write her name here) was very "by the book" robotic and not warm or helpful. I had booked a room w/2 beds so I wasn't sharing a bed with my mother, but they didn't have that in their system so we had to get a roller bed for one night. She didn't offer any discount or even to move us into a proper room the next night; I had to request it explicitly. She then found us a great room next door for the following night with two beds. I'm glad she agreed to a solution to the problem their system created, but I'm not happy that I had be the one to solve it. She wasn't apologetic about it, either. - Their system is so confused, I discovered on my receipt that they billed my room to someone else's credit card. I called back to correct it and am still waiting for a return call from their manager 5 days later. I guess someone else is just going to be paying for my room and they don't really care? Cool cool. PRO-TIP ABOUT PARKING I had read the Tripadvisor reviews about the new valet-only parking policy of $40/night(!). Luckily, there is ample free street parking right across the street on Kalakua Ave on the park side -- cars start to empty out after dark after sports practices end. Parking meters start at 10am, BUT there is a spot WITHOUT A METER which I was able to park at both nights and leave for half the day without paying a dime. I wouldn't tell anyone NOT to stay here, but next time I'd probably check out Kaimana next door instead.

This is an edited version of the original as I said I would make note if Lotus decided to do the right thing and honor our original reservation agreement. I would like to thank the general manager Ms. Arigo for responding to my previous review and providing contact information. Also thank you to Ms. Yamashita for taking the time to exchange several emails in order to settle this dispute. The original post is below and I sincerely hope they took my suggestions to avoid this issue in the near future. Our stay was enjoyable, the staff was very friendly and their restaurant Arden was a delight. Christieann gave us great recommendations where to go for local dining and sightseeing. The employees here really do deserve 5 stars but I averaged my rating to a 4 because I would only give our room 3 stars. There were issues with the bed, a buckling floor and peeling wall paper at the seams. It was not so bad though that it was going to ruin our 1st visit to the islands. The biggest complaint I had is when we checked in and we were blind sided by a policy change regarding parking. Three months in advance I paid for our reservations (except for resort fees). At that time the parking policy was self park or pay for valet. Somewhere in the next three months management decided to make it only valet and charge $40 a day. I knew I had to pay a resort fee of $273.68 at check in, they charged me $608.72. Its important to note if I left that fees apply for cancellations within 72 hours and now we would need to find another place to stay too. Sure companies have policy changes all the time, but they chose not to inform registered guest of the change until they checked in. This way you are not given the option to shop around again and cancel should you so choose to do so before you're stuck between a rock and a hard place. The new policy should have been only applied to new reservations made after said changes took effect where the new fees would have been included in your quoted room rate. During our stay they also opened a gym which was adding another $10 to the daily amenities fee. Between the two guest were getting hit with an additional $50 a day at check in .

My wife and I stayed here for six days during our honeymoon. The hotel has views of the ocean on one side and Diamond Head in the distance on the other side plus a local park across the street. It's located close to Waikiki that you could walk or bike there, but it's further away from the touristy areas which made the area nice and calm. It's a quick walk to the beach behind the hotel. We went there almost every day. As far as amenities, the hotel probably doesn't offer as much as other pricier hotels. There's no spa like some hotels. They do have a nice restaurant called TBD on the 2nd floor which we didn't try out. However, the restaurant is only open for dinner and open just Wednesday - Sunday. The front desk offers free beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes, all that can be rented on first come, first serve basis. The lobby has some nice seating areas but it can get warm during the day. There's also a separate bike rental stand down the road that has plentiful bikes. The room in itself was not terrible but it had its flaws. The wood floors and furniture are nice and the balcony view is beautiful. The room had a microwave, flat screen TV, and mini fridge, too. The bathroom was somewhat small and the shower has an odd tiny bathtub that you can't really sit in comfortably. We ran the AC very cold because it took forever to cool the room, which was especially annoying after being out in the sun during the day. The bedsheets were run of the mill and not very breathable. I learned to sleep above most of the covers to avoid getting hot. Also, the flooring beneath the bed would creak quite loudly when getting on or off the bed. Other than that, the room was fine. Service at the hotel was great. We were always greeted with a smile and the staff would provide helpful information about local sites, shops, and restaurants to visit. We checked out of the hotel but our flight wasn't until the evening and the front desk allowed us to keep our bags there until we could leave and also gave me a beach towel to shower off using their outdoor shower after a trip down to Waikiki. It was much appreciated and I was glad I didn't smell like sweat and ocean on the trip back home. Overall, the room had its flaws but the service and location here were great

Angelica at the front desk was a sweetheart we had to have our house fumigated so we booked a two night stay at the lotus and Angelica gave us a beautiful room with a lanai that was cleancomfortable we had ocean view ‍also could see diamond head Angelica made our state quite pleasant. It exceeded our expectations. PS all staff members were lovely. Even the person who cleaned our space and brought us clean towels and extra espresso pods~much aloha what a great place to staycation. It's close enough to everything in Waikiki. We also walked into Waikiki to have dinner. Excellent spot very spacious rooms. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. A couple perks were free parking pass self park, which was very convenient Mahalo Lotis.

The hospitality & customer service training is probably the strongest I've seen on this island & possibly all of Hawaii. When combined with the picturesque location, it's clear to see why this hotel would have won multiple travel awards over the years. Unfortunately, the experience fell apart significantly after check-in for me: I booked through a third party so this may just be the least-effort room appointed for those integrations, or the property management is largely in decline. YMMV. Our bathroom had the most black mold I've seen during these last few weeks in Hawaii. Not just in poorly-lit corners of the shower, but also in the dirty grout lines (walls & floors), in-between the wallpaper, & on the walls. The shower is very small (4"x4"?) so it's puzzling on how the cleaning standards can be so low, in & out. The room was generally not very-well maintained: cracks in the ceiling-paint, corrosion on the fire sprinklers (!), peeling baseboards & wallpaper, dead bugs INSIDE the thermostat & bathroom light fixtures... I originally planned to extend my stay & try a larger room, but upkeep + other issues (restaurant, smoking guests, noise), dissuaded me from doing that. Very disappointing & would not recommend (especially room 923).

The Banyan Wing is the original Victorian-era building which is listed on National Historic Registry and houses the main lobby and restaurant. The number of guests and visitor who circulate through this property daily is incredible. Including the Tower and Surfrider Wings, it has 791 rooms. Our Tower room had a great covered patio with incredible views of Waikiki and Diamond Head. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the surfers, catamarans, and enjoying the island breeze. Our balcony was spectacular :o Our room was updated and very comfortable. I understand the owners completed a full renovation of all rooms in 2026. The beach bar is one of the best in the world. Cold cocktails, beer and wine. Good service. Great views! The drawbacks.... The pool is small and very crowded, especially for 791 rooms. With that said everyone in the pool was smiling and having fun. The beach is also pretty small for such a massive hotel. At high tide the hotel only has about 30 feet of beachfront and it is a public beach so it is crowded Rio style. For us this was not a drawback as we love Waikiki, the birthplace of Hawaiian surfing, and spend most of our time in the surf. Hawaii and Waikiki is one of the few places that completely lives us to the hype year after year and generation after generation. We can't wait to return. Aloha & Mahalo

After visiting and eating at this resort in years past, we were excited about the opportunity to…read moreactually stay here. So much history as shown throughout the resort especially on the second floor, but also the open Victorian architecture which presents a relaxing atmosphere. Our friends thought we were "rich" for being able to stay here but I don't recall the prices being too different than other hotels in the area. We also got a great offering through the American Express card. We arrived on island early afternoon and attempted to stay up as late as possible. However, we were given a room on the second floor of the historic side of the hotel where they host events on the patio area outside our room. While we were trying to sleep at 8-9pm, a festive wedding was going on with their DJ blasting music, people dancing, yelling, the DJ trying to motivate the audience, etc. It was not a fun night as my wife complained to the hotel staff about the noise interfering with our ability to sleep. It's not the fact the wedding was occuring, but rather the fact the hotel staff didn't let us know they were putting us next to the hotel night club of sorts. Hawaii is typically laid back and quiet, which this was not. The hotel staff sympathisized and mentioned the wedding would be finished by 10pm which it was, and tried to make things better. On day 3 around 4am, the hotel fire alarm sounded and advised everyone to vacate the building. When we vacated, we learned it was a false alarm. This was our last day at the Moana Surfrider which we assumed was a sign the resort wasn't meant to be a relaxing experience for us. The hotel has activities associated with the resort fee such as yoga, that we registered for. It was my first time doing yoga despite mention by my wife over the years to do it. I figured it would be a pleasant surprise for her if I signed us up, and it was a great class out on the same patio area as the wedding. I won't say it was fun for me, but it was an experience that we both enjoyed. The room itself was small which I assume is because it was part of the historic side of the hotel. There wasn't a balcony which we've come to appreciate especially in Hawaii to be able to go outside, view the water, and smell the air. Instead there was a window which we tried to orient ourselves in to get a picture of us with our welcome leis and Waikiki Beach in the background. Very challenging to appreciate a window as well as find space in the room to lay out two large suitcases without having to relocate furniture. The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor as the cracks in the glass were not sealed so there was a constant wet towel on the floor. The bathroom in general didn't seem very modern considering the hotel had recently undergone years of modernization. Housekeeping was good and treated us well with towels and drinking water. I believe the Tower rooms of the hotel might be more modern and larger, as well as away from the event area of the hotel. I think we would look at other options in the future as we also spent a few days each during this trip at the Sheraton and The Royal Hawaiian which provided a much different experience in comparison.

WORDS TO DESCRIBE Halepuna Hotel: Modern, clean, safe, economically and environmentally friendly (bamboo room cards, water dispensers for your reusable water bottles), bright, airy, quality service in hospitality and room service LOCATION I loved staying at the Halepuna Hotel. It was centrally located at the beach walk, so ABC Store, shops, restaurants, and the beach were all within walking distance. *It was difficult finding the location of the hotel, when we first arrived. There was no big sign that you can spot, while you're driving, so my landmarks I always looked for were the ABC Store and Denny's. STAFF/SERVICE: Everyone that we came across during our stay was very friendly, generous, kind, and attentive. A shoutout to the Valet Service crew, especially RJ. He gave us recommendations for where to go. He always made us smile and laugh with his jokes. Thank you Uncle! AMENITIES: ROOMS Our room was equipped with charge stations-usb and usb c compatible plugs, ironing board/iron, mini fridge, ice bucket, tea kettle, and coffee maker. BATHROOM Well stocked with towels, a drying cord, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I appreciated that instead of your standard toilet, the hotel had bidets! *Great water pressure for showering. The tub was also spacious, if you wanted to take a bubble bath. 8TH FLOOR GYM-Equipped with a lot of machines Water dispenser Additional restrooms/shower room LAUNDRY ROOM is open 24/7 There are 3 washers and 4 dryers You can pay using your credit card or download the WASH CONNECT app *Friendly suggestions: -As a guest, bring your own laundry soap/dryer sheets--or go to the ABC Store if you forget your laundry supplies -Make sure to clean the lint trap before you put your clothes in -Put a timer on your phone to check on your clothes GARDEN -Serene, tranquil, peaceful, spacious -------- Friendly Suggestions for Halepuna Hotel -Have a big sign stationed outside the hotel, perhaps elevate the height of the sign and add lights to it, so it's easy to spot for first time visitors ------- All in all I enjoyed staying at the Halepuna Hotel. My biggest issue with the hotel is that it's showing its age. The rooms and facilities feel outdated, and I don't think the current room rates reflect the condition of the property. Also, if you're looking to save on parking, park by the pier instead. It's much more affordable than paying the hotel's $65 per day parking fee.

Let me first start off by saying- I have stayed at this hotel a total of 3 times. This most recent…read morebeing an absolute painful, stressful, and frustrating stay. I worked incredibly hard to bring my family to Hawaii, and I am extremely disappointed that so much of our time at Hilton Hawaiian Village was spent dealing with problems that should never have become our responsibility. Over three nights, we experienced two separate water leaks and repeated hot-water issues. These weren't minor inconveniences--they significantly disrupted our family vacation. The worst night, I slept approximately two hours. With water leaking into our room, I chose to stay awake and deal with the situation myself because I didn't want maintenance repeatedly coming into the room and waking my 1-year-old and 3-year-old children. Instead of resting and enjoying the next day with my family, I was exhausted because I had essentially spent the night protecting my children's sleep while dealing with the hotel's maintenance problem. That is unacceptable at a resort of this caliber. Management eventually provided compensation, and I appreciate that they acknowledged the situation. However, I absolutely do not believe the compensation matched the severity of what we experienced. I didn't work all year and spend thousands of dollars bringing my family to Hawaii to spend a significant portion of our vacation calling guest services, dealing with leaks, worrying about hot water, and effectively helping manage Hilton's property. Money can be refunded. Vacation time with my children cannot. For the price and reputation of this resort, our experience fell dramatically below what any family should reasonably expect.

Best service. We booked a stay last minute because of a power outage and then had to book subsequent nights which made explaining and moving rooms a bit messy but front desk was on top of it every single time. Even if I had spoken with a different person, they kept impeccable notes and went above and beyond to help us. I am beyond grateful that even though we had to deal with craziness of the hurricane, this hotel was the bright spot in our day. Cleanliness was also good. Out of the 3 rooms we had, I only called housekeeping once for a minor pillowcase and sheet change which they did immediately and apologized for. I recommend this hotel to all and look forward to staying here for pleasure in the future too.

We stayed at the Diamond Tower and since we requested to be on a high floor, we were given the 30th floor; which was great! The room was clean and spacious. It was unfortunate that rooms don't have balconies. Views were awesome. We had a rental car, so we had to pay the daily $45 parking fee for self-park. Staff do work slow though... there were times where we had to wait a long time for the front desk staff. Overall, we had a good time here at this Hotel.

Once my room became available I dropped off my luggage and then went directly to the beach. When I returned I did notice some areas of concern where the room was not very well cleaned. Instead of calling housekeeping I went directly downstairs to the front desk. Front desk personnel were busy as there were only 2 people assisting the long line of quests. I decided I'll just deal with the room uncleanliness later. Please be advised that I did take pictures. Once I checked out on Sunday, March 8th, I advised the front desk personnel my concerns. The manager Ira listened to my concerns as I showed her my pictures. She immediately apologized and ask that I email the pictures to their corporate office. Which I did once I arrived back to the mainland. In the room there's a finger or toenail clipping on the carpet between the console and couch. Also you can also see that portion of the carpet has not been vacuumed. The clothed bench in front of bed was extremely stained and filthy. So filthy that I covered the bench with a bath towel if I needed to sit down. Also the refrigerator was very dirty. I chose not to put any food items in the fridge because of this. Also the bottom of the toilet is stained with either fecal matter, urine or maybe it's rust. If so, clean it then use caulking. These are the concerns I have with room 403. Hopefully I'll be hearing from upper management in regards to my unpleasant stay in room 403. The best part of staying at this hotel was the show Auana which is located at this hotel. Needless to say I will not stay at this hotel again.

I love that it is in the heart of Waikiki, very walkable to shopping and nightlife should you want to leave the grounds of the resort. The nightly local music with hula under the sky is magical. Reservations for dinner, or grab a first come first serve cocktail table at 5 to watch the sunset! There is also nightly jazz in the bar. La Mer is a one of a kind French experience and Orchids is fantastic for any meal of the day. Just outside the hotel is a delightful oceanfront park where the hotel hosted yoga each day. A highlight for me. Great poolside service. The beach is small, so if you are looking to lounge on the beach, that's not really much of an option. This hotel is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World. So you know it has the highest standards. That brand has never steered me wrong. And the fact that it is not under a massive hotel chain umbrella means it can maintain its authentic individuality. Pro tip: if you have a late flight, there is a lounge where you can relax and prepare for your departure, as check out is 11am.

The restroom is in the restaurant area. I never once left the restaurant throughout the entire evening. I was simply on my way to pick up my drink from the seating area and then head to the bar to pay. He told me I was "going the wrong way" when the way I was going would have led to me to the bar... The way this team handles tabs in this bar is abysmal. Right when I sat down, I was attempting to give my bartender my credit card to start a tab. They refused to accept my card and said don't worry about it, and that they'll take it after I'm done. I explicitly told the bartender that I was going over to the lawn right next to the bar (still in the restaurant area) to get a better view of the musical performance, drink in hand. They said go ahead. Nobody should be treated like this

TRANQUILITY! 4.8…read more We stayed here during the first half of our most recent trip to the island, mainly to compare it with another property/residence that we really like and wanted to make a direct comparison. We also used our American Express Platinum Hotel Credit benefit, and it was great that this hotel qualified for it. Ka Laʻi is one block from the beach, backing up to Fort DeRussy Park, a military reservation, and is surrounded by many shops and restaurants, especially along Luxury Row, which is a non-negotiable visit for us. There is so much aloha felt here, with the staff always greeting us with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The hotel is quiet and soothing, perfect for a relaxing stay. We checked in seamlessly and were provided with cold, refreshing water upon our arrival. Our room was spacious and felt very cozy, with beige carpet and tile flooring, brown furniture, and dark cabinetry in the kitchen. In the seating area, there was a large full-size sofa, an upholstered side chair, and a coffee table. The long dresser and closet provided plenty of storage. A lovely welcome treat was left in our room: two Ka Laʻi reusable water bottles, Hawaiian semi-sweet chocolate, and Beach Brittle. These items were a very nice touch. If you feel inclined to enjoy more Beach Brittle, you can purchase it downstairs in the small shop next to the spa. The bathroom had a double-sink vanity with plenty of counter space, which is a must for me, a large soaking tub, and a wet shower area. It was a generously sized bathroom with plenty of room to move around. Our stay included a wonderful breakfast buffet at Inyō. There was an omelet station with a chef preparing made-to-order omelets, along with a variety of beautiful fresh fruit, hot and cold breakfast items, rice, and Asian-inspired bites. The infinity pool is located near the restaurant, Inyō. It's tiled in a beautiful blue that adds a nice contrast to the tan backdrop of the neighboring high-rise buildings. The pool is long and narrow, accented by a series of raised, tiled planter islands that provide a bit of privacy between guests. We were too busy to swim or enjoy the other amenities, but just walking around the grounds was incredibly relaxing. It's a very peaceful place to stay, unlike many of the larger hotel brands. The standout at this hotel was definitely the service. The staff always made eye contact, greeted us warmly, and either asked about or anticipated our needs. This is a hotel that is definitely worth returning to.

That came in clutch as the beach showers were out of service. The valet people were so kind and got to know their patrons immediately. Those ladies that worked there were the best!! They were always ready for my redundant questions. The pool was spectacular. We went swimming during the sunset and it was just the coolest spot. There were plenty of kids swimming when we were there, so we felt at home having a small child as well. The pool has sunscreen ready, cold water, and towels for your pool session. Even though it didn't have bells and whistles, my daughter still enjoyed the child friendly ledges. We got the one bedroom suite with the kitchen and living room. We had two balconies with a partial view and they were both gorgeous. It got a little loud at moments due to the proximity of the downtown Waikiki energy, people playing music loudly on scooters and ambulances, but it never woke us up or annoyed us. I felt spoiled here. I properly pampered and I am excited to have an opportunity to stay again. Kid approved, mommy approved.
