The Salmon was presented with edamame, "forbidden" rice, carrot and miso puree, pickle and crispy ginger, and water crisp.The Salmon had a perfect char. The Big Salad included cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, avocado, red onions, hard boiled egg, olives, romaine lettuce, cranberries, feta cheese, and herb ranch dressing. We washed it all down with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc at half price a HH special and a glass of old fashioned featuring Jim Beam.
