They had us send pictures. We thought this was was just a preliminary step before they'd come to see the actual site. They requested pictures repeatedly, but never came to the house. Then on they day the workers showed up, they had no idea what they were supposed to do. We had to show them the pictures. The laborers were great. They did a good job. However, after the first day, we got a fairly nasty text from the company saying that they misjudged and underestimated supplies and labor. They basically blamed us and of course wanted more money - immediately. They left flagstone laying all over our grass and a pile of crushed granite in the street in front of our house for the entire weekend. WE had to move the flagstone so it wouldn't kill the grass and several times people ran over the pile in the street and WE had to sweep it up. They had approximately half a day's work left when they were done on Thursday and did not show up again until Monday. In the interim we got another nasty communication stating that they would not complete the job without more money paid immediately. The workers came on Monday and finished quickly. Within minutes of them driving off, we got another bill and it was marked "overdue", although we had paid every bill as soon as it was sent to us! We requested a supervisor to come to the house first. The young man was extremely sympathetic to our complaints. He even agreed that the communications we'd received were accusatory and unprofessional. Guess it did no good because we receive another invoice early the next morning. This one stated that we needed to pay immediately or they could not pay their laborers. Not how you should run a business!!

A quote was written up with fairly detailed price points concerning the materials, labor, and installation. After 6 weeks passed, they had still not given me a date as to when we would start. I was back and forth with their point of contact while getting poor communication in return. Once they started the job there was so much miscommunication between management and the gentlemen actually doing the labor that there were an abundance of mistakes. I was having to speak with the gentlemen on site about what I had stated to their supervisor that I wanted done, and it was completely different than what they were told. Following their first day doing the job I was then contacted by their supervisor with an adjusted estimate that overall seemed to be full of bullshit filler. Their intent was to charge me for parts of the job that weren't ever completed and materials that weren't used for an increased price of nearly $1,500.00. There is existing proof of the work they have done, and the communication I have had with their supervisors that they do not have a very well oiled machine concerning Bravo Xteriors. I should've gone with another competitor.
