Had a great time here with my friends on a Saturday night. It was pretty empty when we arrived at 8:30pm. this place is a hole in the wall so you could easily miss it from the outside but I love the dimly lit, loungeish decor of the place. Jay was our server and really outdid himself. He was a server, hookologist, bus boy, and DJ all at the same time. He definitely worked hard and made sure that we had a great time. Although I had a great time, there were a couple of things that I wasn't a huge fan of. They do not serve liquor which is a huge shock because I haven't been to a single lounge or hookah lounge that does not serve alcohol, especially in New York. I also was not a fan of a rule they had in place where you had to order a certain amount of hookahs based upon the amount of people in your party. what if members of your group don't smoke hookah? That's a lot of extra money to have to spend. All in all, it was great to not have to pay for a refill. It was one set price of $22 each hookah. My friends and I will definitely be back. read more

Walked in and didn't see not one employee in sight. I had to literally look for someone to even get seated. Finally we saw someone and told me and my friends to sit. I was hungry but I wasn't expecting top notch bar food. I ordered some fries and mozzarella sticks. After waiting a while for my food. The fries were OILY!! Literally could squeeze the grease out of them. Then I took a bite off of the mozzarella stick and couldn't even finish chewing to realize they were still cold. No marinara sauce, no ketchup no napkins. No cups. No straws nothing at all. Hookah was good but overall HORRIBLE customer service. The ambiance was rowdy and full of what looked like kids. . Really great spacious hookah lounge in the Bronx. It's a chill place for you to be with your friends or even come by yourself to catch up on some work. Most of the time it isn't packed and I like that. Also, unlike Steinway, there's actually available parking. The hookah is REALLY strong too. I'm not that much of a hookah head but the hookah is very strong here, I get headaches if I take too many pulls. One tip I would give though is wait five minutes after the hookah is given to you before pulling. If you start right when they give it to you, you won't get a great pull. Follow their instructions and you'll see how good the hookah is. read more

The hookah here is some of the best in NYC. They're very attentive and change your coals often. The hookah lasted hours with just a coal change and no refill. The policy is 1 hookah per 3 people so for example if there's 5 of you, you'll need 2 hookahs. Staff is very friendly and Accommodating. I recommend getting there no later than 10pm on a Friday or weekend because it gets packed and there's no seating time limit. read more

Ok this place gets a 5/5 for service, 5/5 for ambiance, 5/5 for music, 5/5 for decor BUT the actual hookah my boyfriend and I were sadly not impressed with. I love the lighting there and how the place is set up. You can take great pictures for a night out. They have a lot of flavorful hookah options. They were very generous to me and my friend, this guy kept an eye out for us to change our charcoal and such. They have games to play amongst yourself and your friends. Games like snakes and ladders, uno, and dominoes. Wish they had more games though. Also, sometimes the games get occupied with other people who are coming here. I recently left a really great review. Sadly I returned yesterday and didn't experience the same great service I had before. This time my server was a young boy who is a little too boy crazy as he proceeded to show me and my husband countless lewd photos and videos of him and his partners. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INVASIVE. My hookah took forever to come out and when it did it was so harsh it took all cravings for hookah away. I was really close to walking outOrdered a tea and it never came but I was still being charged for it. I asked to speak to the manager who sent his employee back to tell me there was nothing he could do. I again asked to speak directly to the manager who completely ignored us and didn't even look our way as he sat and smoked with another table. Might possible never come back.
