This was my first time coming to Lotus Nail Bar and I absolutely love this place. I got my gel mani and pedi done by An and she is a sweetheart! Right when I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. She and I chatted while she was doing my nails and she has a very lovely personality and was also checking in to make sure that I was comfortable. I found my new nail salon! After my hair salon stopped providing nail services and my nail tech retired, I needed a new nail tech, stat! Lotus Nail Bar is a quaint, two seater nail salon. Perfect and exactly what I was looking for! I never liked nail salons with 50 chairs. Love the more intimate setting. An did my nails and she made my nails and tootsies look beautiful. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I can assure you they were perfection. I was very particular about choosing my new nail salon because my previous nail tech was the best. Really like this place a lot. This place dose not smell like a nail salon, It is really clean. The place is really quiet. When I came there, only one person working. Her name is Au. She did a really good job. When working on my nail she would stop so I can check her work to make sure that what I want. They are very conservative when cutting the skin around your cuticle they don't overcut. If you are looking for long nails, they don't do it here. Great! I scheduled for appointments and An took care of me. They do not do any dip powder, if you have dip, I suggest taking it off somewhere else then come here. An did her best to take off my dip powder. (note: she cannot take off dip acrylic). My nails were fragile after the removal so she still did a great job with it, and was willing to accommodate me on some of my nails because it came off the first week. I came in after work and she redid my nails and it stayed on-- it was also the nail polish I picked. I went back to her for a second time before my trip and she did an amazing job with gem stones and designs. It stayed on for 3+ weeks. read more

Such a cute spot! Shout out to Norma and An for being able to open their own nail bar. I first started seeing them both at their past nail salon, and I couldn't stay away! They both are great nail techs and know what they are doing. These sweet girls know how to keep their clients happy with good conversation and of course yummy drinks such as coffee, sangria, Moscato, etc. They also provide a great selection of colors to choose from. Called for an appointment and was happy that they could fit me in right after work. I've actually have had my nails done by Norma and An way back in the day when they worked at Julie's Nail Room. They have a great color selection and I was happy that they had the color I've been wanting this whole season; Less is Norse. Norma took off my previous gel and was painting one hand, before her other customer came and An took over. My left hand, which Norma did is flawless. My right hand has chipped a little. Only things I don't like was that An forgot to put a gel topcoat on and I had to ask a couple times, before she realized that she didn't. Which was a honest mistake, since two people did my nails. I have been searching for 2 years to find a nail salon that checks off all my boxes. I have finally found my new salon. The salon is small. I don't feel like I'm on a production line. Their Yelp linked reservation system worked perfectly. Both An and Norma are so friendly and welcoming. The salon is clean and smells good. Norma gave my husband a spa pedi. He was happy that she didn't shred his feet like other places have. An gave me a spa pedi and a gel mani. Most relaxing pedi I've ever had. She is very gentle but my feet look and feel great. I have never had a gel mani. She told me they use safe LED lights and, best of all, they dry super quick. I was sold. I got pink nails and a white nail and a pink and white nail with palm trees on it. We are spending next week in Pismo Beach. Thanks to An I have perfect beach toes and nails. It was my first visit for brow design. Before we started I mentioned it's my first time here but she started without measurements, consultations and analysis as it's supposed to be. She hasn't even ask what is my expectations or any question about my eyebrows. After I asked, she did the measurements and filled with a powder. Not equally though. It's pretty dark there and it looked fine to me after some fixes but when I came home my husband was shocked how bad it was done. Had to cancel my next appointments. Such a cute spot! I felt very much accommodated during my visit. My nails were super cute! All the girls at the salon are very friendly and welcoming. Norma is seriously the most generous person and she's very passionate about her work. She's super easy going, friendly and did an incredible job on my mani/pedi service.
