I had one of the worst experiences at this lash place and would not recommend it to anyone. I was there for 2.5 hours, and they only completed half of my lashes. Around the 2-hour mark, my eye started burning intensely, and it only got worse from there. When I asked why it was taking so long, they told me their glue was having issues--which makes no sense, because somehow that same glue ended up sticking the tape under my eyes so strongly to my skin. During the appointment, two different technicians kept switching and working on me, which felt very unprofessional and disorganized. The pain was unbearable. My eyes were burning so badly it felt like glue had gotten into my eye, and after I left, I could barely drive because my eye wouldn't stop tearing and hurting. When I said I needed to leave, they started removing the tape under my eyes, and it was extremely painful. It honestly felt like my skin was being ripped off, likely because glue had gotten underneath it and bonded to my skin. To make things worse, less than a week later, the lashes fell out and took a lot of my natural lashes with them. This was not just bad service--it was a painful, unsafe, and honestly terrifying experience. Completely unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. read more

The service here is always amazing and you will always feel well taken care of. Krystal did my manicure design for Christmas and she was super sweet. I have eczema on my hands, especially during the winter and she made me feel very comfortable. Usually I am very self-conscious about my skin during manicures, but Krystal treated me with dignity and care. Today I went back to get a pedicure as I do every other month and Quincy gave the best pedicure of my life!! She really took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and took her time giving the massage. She took her time and made the pedicure feel well worth my money plus an additional well-deserved tip.
