I broke down on the road beside a chrysler dealer and had them diagnose the issue but didn't want to wait weeks for them as well pay dealership prices. Had it towed to Charlie's garage because it was close by. My wife was handling the issue so I could focus on other things. They seen her as an easy target. They decided to "diagnose the issue" with a fee of course. (Understandable) then charged my wife twice for same issue. Broke parts a day tried to cover it up as well claimed other other expensive parts was the real reason after (more diagnostics) had to take it to another repair shop down the road to have it fixed in 3 hours. I argued that they over charged with no resolution. I had already paid for the first work but they block in the vehicle until my wife paid for the second (same job).
