So, we a found a vehicle online(Nissan Armada) that we were very interested in. We contacted…read moreCrestwood Auto and dealt with a man named Junior. We told Junior we were interested in the vehicle but we would be driving from Saint Louis(4 1/2 hour drive non stop) so we wanted to make sure everything was okay with the vehicle before making the trip. After a few phone calls and text with Junior, he assured us the vehicle was outstanding with NOTHING wrong. We make the trip and took the test drive. 4 things right off the bat are wrong. #1: The check engine light is on. We drove the vehicle to a nearby Auto Zone and had them run the free engine light check on it. Came up as (P0021) which has something to do with the crank shaft. Maybe it was just a bad sensor? Maybe it was worse?.. I don't know. #2: As we were getting the test done at Auto Zone we all noticed a loud buzzing noise from the engine, we pop the hood and the Auto Zone worker said it was probably a belt or pulley making the noise. #3: The passenger air bag light was beeping on the dash. Why was it beeping? I don't know... #4: The DVD player screen did not work, the sound worked great but the screen would not turn on. We return from the test drive and tell Junior the things we found wrong. Junior said the check engine light was not on the day before and neither was the Passenger Air Bag Warning Light... he was just dumbfounded at how they both magically appeared this day. As for the loud buzzing noise coming from the engine that the Auto Zone guy said sounded like a belt or pulley... Junior said it was "supposed" to sound like that and everything was fine! As for the DVD player, Junior did not know about that either and it was a complete surprise to him that it did not work. Junior didn't really know what to do about all the things I had pointed out, all he could say was "make me an offer"... Really?!.. make you an offer? We drove down there with virtually a blank check written to us by our bank and were really excited about driving this vehicle home. We feel totally disrespected and are in total disbelief that someone would treat us like that. We specifically asked multiple questions to ensure everything was okay with the vehicle before we made the trip and we were obviously lied to repeatedly. I find it EXTREMELLY hard to believe that he was totally unaware of all four of these things before we got there. If I could have given this business Zero stars I would have, please don't make the same mistake I did and avoid this place at all costs.

I worked with Brad Miller and he was really helpful and knew a lot about the vehicle. They were flexible and helpful at all turns and allowed us to take the vehicle to our mechanic. Just a few minor things with the vehicle that needed fixed but got a great deal on the vehicle. Highly recommend.

He was not at all pushy and it took very little time - our whole transaction probably took about 15 minutes, not including the test drive. He knows what he is doing and is very laid back but very professional. Tommy Neutz, the owner, is also spectacular. We talked for quite some time about the business and why they do things the way they do - no pressure, quality used vehicles, and they stand behind them. I actually spoke with Tommy and Paul for way longer than it took to do the paperwork. I totaled my previous vehicle and found an Odyssey at Neutz Brothers. The vehicle was very clean but they said they did not have an opportunity to clean the carpet and floor mats. Since I needed the vehicle immediately, I asked to bring it back the next week (I actually couldn't get it done until the following week - my issue, not theirs). I dropped off the vehicle on Monday and when I went to get it on Tuesday evening, the guy who did the work was there and explained that the floor mats did not get as clean as he wanted so he wanted to keep them a couple more days to get them right. Wow - the company culture is so strong that the detailer is empowered to make the customer happy and is proud of where he works and what he does. Incredible. I wish I got his name to give him a proper thank you here but I do appreciate his efforts! I bought the vehicle on the 2nd. It had an out-of-state title so it needed a Sheriff's inspection (they took care of this when I dropped off the Odyssey for the cleanup). On the 19th, they had my tag. In Kentucky, the dealer has 60 days to get the tag (it used to be 30 but the big dealers lobbied for the extra time). Neutz Brothers had my tag in 17 days with a Sheriff's inspection in there, too. WOW!! I highly recommend Neutz Brothers. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, this is the first place you should go - and will likely be the last. I am a customer for life!!

I had to bring the jeep back to your establishment 4 times for the SAME leaking cooling system. Finally had to take it to Bails Jeep Chrysler in Jeffersonville where it did need to have the radiator replaced, which amazingly fixed the coolant leak that you "bent over backwards", just to keep lying to me and drop the ball FOUR times. For the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I can get a copy of the repair from them to substantiate this as proof of my claim if you're in any doubt. Was screwing me around or screwing me over to make the sale on an OBVIOUS LEMON really worth all the BS everyone involved had to go through? Even my wife was mad because she had to pick me up and drop me off TEN TIMES from a crappy mechanic that couldn't find a simple coolant leak at the radiator! I had to borrow a pressure tester to find the leak myself show you how to do your job. Also, no matter what I said or how I said it, because yes, I was mad. Regardless, Richard, (haha, fitting name) was completely wrong and out of line for physically charging at me, threatening to kick my ass, like he intended to rip my head off while screaming in my face. Classy customer service, considering I never threatened him or anyone else. Did he ever attend any anger management classes? I hope he gets the help he needs. After I pointed out that it was a stock size tire and pointed to a literally identical model with the same stock tire size for sale in their lot, he was completely flabbergasted and had no idea. I asked him how they do alignments on several models of trucks that Ford ships with same size ties and he said he didn't know and backpedaled saying their machine had a maximum size of 33" tires. So apparently if you own a Super Duty, Bronco, F150 or Ranger they can't work on it. Plus their service tech left all their tags all over the inside, grease marks on my console and just slapped a new oil change sticker next to the old one instead of peeling it off. Failed to fix noise issue in warrantied vehicle after 5 attempts. Each time mechanics left huge…read moregrease marks on my leather seats (never corrected), white residue all over my rear and front seats, scratched the exterior of my vehicle, and stained the headliner with greasy fingerprints. The office also "test drove" my vehicle each time and burned my own fuel each time for days without consideration of compensation. Multiple times I came back with at least 1/4 or more of a tank gone. All for nothing to be resolved. After using my own time to bring my vehicle in and be without one for 5 separate occasions I'm at a loss as what to do. I contacted the customer advocacy group and asked they reach out to solve this. The service director has yet to reply back to his internal counterpart for multiple business days. Regardless, he has been less than helpful in getting this resolved.
