I contacted Loud Tendencies Mobile Audio and Detailing via FB Messenger on a Thursday; Tyrance responded quickly and we scheduled an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. I had two vehicles that needed audio work. Vehicle 1 was having a factory stereo replaced. Vehicle 2 has a stereo that was installed by B**T B*Y about a year ago. There have been problems with the B**T B*Y installation since day one. Vehicle 2 was taken back to B**T B*Y multiple times under their lifetime installation guarantee, but it was never repaired properly. Tyrance showed us his progress throughout the removal and installation on vehicle 1 and the diagnostics on vehicle 2. He found some uncoated wires on vehicle 2 that were contacting bare metal when the vehicle went over bumps. He covered the wires and fixed several other issues he discovered (in my opinion, it was sloppy work by B**T B*Y). Tyrance is extremely personable, respectful, and professional; his work was neat and thorough. He quoted a competitive price and held to his word when the job was completed. Tyrance and Tobias recently installed an amp and subs in my new truck, and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! First off, this install really put these guys through the ringer because the amp I provided them ended up having some crazy electrical issues. Tyrance and Tobias spent all night troubleshooting the problem & finally got to a point where they had exhausted all their resources, and were truly stumped by what was going on. The guys offered to pay to have my truck diagnosed by another shop, which I thought was very cool of them. Seeing as they had put in so much time & effort, I really didn't want to pass my truck off to someone else, so I asked if they would be willing to give it another shot if I bought a new amp. They said they would love to come back & try again. So I bought an amp & the guys were back at it again the next weekend.
