Don't ever go to this facility! The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had xrays for a possible pelvic fracture on a Friday afternoon. I was assured the results would be sent to my doctor within an hour. It took me until Monday afternoon at 3:30 until my doctor's office tracked down the results. They had to go in through some kind of back door to even access my results. This facility never sent the results to my doctor. In the meantime I cancelled 3 upcoming doctors' appointments because I couldn't get the results from this imaging center. When I called, I got the VM of the marketing director who never called me back. The receptionists were rude and uncaring. It was the worst experience I have ever encountered. They should not be in business. read more

As we all remain hesitant to go out during this COVID environment, heading to the doctor raises the radar even higher. I could not be more pleased with my experience, from checking in from the car, waiting to be called in, distant seating inside, clean and sanitary. Wow. I didn't read the reviews before I went there yesterday. I had a similar experience, the front desk lady was very rude. I was waiting in the line and by the time I reached her, she told they couldn't take the X-Ray as they were late and they took their last patient at 4:15 PM. I looked at my watch and it was 4:17 PM. There was no one behind me so I requested her to consider me but she was so rude and kept repeating they can't take anymore for the day. read more

I was advised by the front desk staff that I could obtain X-rays up until 4;15. I arrived at 4:13 and while they were still open was refused service as a prior client required seven X-rays. In my business world, especially during these challenging economic times, I remain at work until my clients needs are satisfied for that day. I wasted an hour driving to and from this facility. HORRIBLE customer service. I immediately contacted my referring physician and advised since I place client needs first I would not do business with this facility. I was referred to FAIRFAX Radiology where I received prompt and courteous service. read more

My wife had gone for a mammogram. We offered to pay the co-pay but they refused to take it saying that we will be billed. but they did not bill us, instead they sent it to a collection agency ruining our credit rating and tacking on additional charges. read more

I had a great experience here. The receptionist were very nice and helpful. The doctor I had do my biopsy and the nurses were patient, and told me everything that was going to happen. As well as being very clear with the consent forms and after care. I had almost no pain during this procedure and would recommend this to anyone who needs a biopsy or imaging. read more

scheduling office leaves a lot to be desired. I made an appointment, tried to confirm on the day of appointment to verify time, and was told they had no contact/appointment info for me. Followed up, suddenly I was in the system, but they say they called me a day or two earlier and I told them I didn't know anything about an appointment. I stated that I talked to no one. Called back later to confirm they had the correct phone number for me, they didn't phone number completely unconnected to me but still insisted they had talked to me. Insistent even though they had wrong number. Saw in reviews this has happened at least to one person before. read more

Loudoun Imaging told me that I had a bill in collections for $5.22 and after calling the collections agency to pay the bill, the collections agency did not have that bill. $5.22 is not worth arguing over so I called back to make the payment and Daisy refused to take the payment, stating if there are fees associated with it, she wants to make sure she collects the fees. She then hung up in my face because I told her she was being petty. I guess the truth hurts. But then again, are they hurting for money that bad or is this systemic? read more

The iPad checkin was great, much better than completing paper forms. This is the second time I visited this place ..the fisrt wasn't a pleasant experience with a very long wait time , inspite of having an appointment and rudeness of the front staff..none the less, today it was unbelievable.. they just said my appointment was cancelled when I showed up . I said I never called to cancel , can u please tell me who cancelled it and when ? The lady just said i can't tell you that but it was cancelled . Was told to get a biopsy after mammogram. It was an extremely excruciatingly painful episode and it did not help that the anesthetic wore off and I screamed in agony. Go here if it's your only choice and if your pain threshold is very high! read more

First time going here for mammograms and was told to send history. Prior place doesn't mail history, so I picked history up and delivered to Loudoun Imaging. They did not want it and said I should bring with me to my appointment. Why not say that before I make the extra trip to get the history delivered? read more

I have been going here for 3 years and today is the last time I will go back. I had 2 appointments scheduled today . One for mammogram and one for pelvic ultrasound. For the ultrasound they told me to drink water to have a full bladder prior to coming. Get to the office and the receptionist who checked me in not to mention any names advise me that there was a coinsurance cost that I needed to pay. I asked her why wasn't I informed before appt because i did not have it on me. She said they only call when the amount is $100 or more. My amount that I needed to pay was $99.95! Wtf! Really a couple of cents off and you couldn't even give me a courtesy call that this was due prior to coming. She was very rude and acted like there was nothing else she can do. I am frustrated and pissed off at this point. I told her I could call home and get my daughter to give me the number to my health spending debit card to provide for payment but they needed the actual card and couldn't process over phone. I Offered that my daughter could bring me the card and in the meantime go ahead and get the ultrasound done since I have a full bladder and not able to hold it but much longer. She said she couldn't do that either and needed before I could go back and being seen. Bottom line there was no empathy or assurance of help to work it out. I called another Imaging center and thank God they can see me today. Went back to office to ask for disc for my prior mammograms since I am now switching providers and without any hesitation they prepared it to give to me. There was no I am sorry or any solution on their part to rectify the situation. Losing me as a patient was not important in my opinion or that's the least how I felt . Advice : present a better attitude next time and put yourself in the patient's shoes. read more
