I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. I noticed some burn marks in my clear coat on my hood. Now being that the car was brand new, I panicked & looked around for a detail shop. I saw that Menards had a VERY good reputation already on Yelp & decided to call in for them to look at my car. I spoke with the owner, Grant, & he was actually not even in the area. But he still answered the call! That itself, shows the dedication of this business! We spoke briefly & he said to pass by the shop even though it was almost closing time. I met with Mike, who was very informative about the products that are used & what would be done for a PPF & Level 3 Ceramic coating. Note: The level 3 Ceramic coating package consists of; The entire body receives a 2-Stage paint correction & a minor spot sanding to achieve a 90%-95% perfection, then the body is coated, the wheels(in&out), the calipers, your windows, an engine bay cleaning & a full interior detail. Full protection all around. Now, Mike didn't need to sell me on anything because I had my mind set on purchasing this package. But it was very nice to chat with him about the business & get to know him on a more personal level. My appointment was the week of July 6th, 2020. I was very excited to have this done & very anxious to see how my car was going to come out. Let me tell you, the readers deciding to visit Menards Premium Detailing. THEY DO QUALITY WORK. & Their work speaks for itself. Right now, we are in September & you cannot tell that I have a PPF in the full front of the car. The ceramic coating is holding up very well! & As Mike said, your PPF & Ceramic coating will last as long as you keep up with the maintenance. DO wash your car, but wash it properly. DON'T, leave the car with no washes & no keep up. If properly taken care of, your ppf and/or coating will last for years to come. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend visiting Menards if you're interested in PPF, Ceramic coating or even normal details. They're a quality business that deserves recognition. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. Not only did the interior shine and smell amazing, but the staff was really cool too! I don't ever remember my car being this clean, not even when I first bought it. They reached all those tiny nooks and crannies that are impossible to get without the right equipment, I'm amazed! There wasn't a spot un touched. The whole exterior was cleaned as well, even the gas tank exterior was wiped down. It was truly Magic! The staff was friendly, attentive and hardworking. When I arrived to drop off my 2005 Toyota Scion XB a man was currently working on another car. I took notice to how much effort and meticulousness was put into each individual vehicle. I was impressed yet again when I came back to pick it up. I hopped in the driver seat and noticed a bag on the passenger side. I came to realize that they put all my belongings in a plastic bag for me. Some items may have appeared to be disposable but they didn't make that call. They even put that temporary paper floor mat down so my feet wouldn't undo their amazing work. I love driving my car again and now have a lot more incentive to keep it clean until the time comes to bring it back to Auto Magic Car Care!

When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.
