This review is for take out slices only! It was the end of the night and we wanted a quick bite before heading back to the hotel. At almost 10pm they weren't cooking pizzas anymore so we got 3 pepperoni slices to go. They warmed it up in the oven and gave it to us in boxes. The pizza is a nice thin crust with tons of crispy pepperoni. I thought it was a pretty solid pizza slice and it hit the spot! Good to know that we can always grab a slice to go :)

Being right by the boardwalk, this is a very busy spot with limited inside seating. Service was so/so and unfortunately the pizza wasn't the best we've ever had. It may because we ordered well done as we do anywhere else. Crust was a little dry. Overall it's a decent place to get a quick bite to eat.

Trust me it's worth the long wait! Had gyro and fries. Took a while but totally worth it! Pizza looked and smelled amazing..and I'm from NY so I know a good slice! They have wide variety of subs and sandwiches too. Take out only. Boardwalk area staple. Good reason they've been around a long time!

Pretty good stuff! I'll definitely return to this spot. Prompt service. Decent service. Decent prices. Nothing to complain about. I was pretty satisfied. Thanks!

One of the best pizza joints by the beach. Out of: Grotto NICOLAS Louies is the best. Located near the boardwalk. You can call in or walk up to place an order. Pizza is actually good, with even cheese and sauce distribution. Because they are so under rated, hardly any waiting. However, its way more cooler to order it to go, and make the other beach goers on the beach hangry!!

This is the best NY pizza at the beach. It was just perfection. Took it to go and ate on a bench on the boardwalk.

The decor and music choices marry the Latin-inspired cuisine with a classic Rehoboth east-coast beach sensibility. I was made to feel warm (at heart, they still have AC to keep ya cool) and welcome. The highlight was the service. The man (I believe the owner himself) was the cheeriest and kindest man I've met all week. He encouraged all of our choices and offered us to try the delicious beverages (tamarind was my favorite!) Food was served quickly and with a smile. I was very satisfied even though I must admit I kept my choice pretty standard with the Little Missionary. While just a footlong with mayo, ketchup, and mustard, it really hit the spot when I just wanted more of a plain hot dog. My friends got the Little German and Little Cock which were coated in all manner of ingredients. My friends were so content, they got another dog to go. She made suggestions, checked back, and made sure we had everything we needed. The menu has a variety to choose from and multiple specials. They only offered one type of soup and I would have liked some additional choices. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. They also have happy hour on Sunday The sandwich was a little greasy, but still tasted fine. It was not the chef's fault, since it was grilled and had cheese on it. It was served with potato chips, and I would've preferred a choice instead of chips, but that doesn't seem to be an option. The fish was perfectly cooked and served with fries and coleslaw. My friend said the lobster bisque was delicious. We sat inside since it was a chilly day, but there is an option for outdoor seating. The inside has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We had a great visit and definitely plan on eating there the next time we're in Rehoboth Beach!

Wife and I just ate here this evening. Food was ok. Service was bad. We ordered two appetizers,…read morethe clams casino which consisted of 6 clams covered with cheese, bacon and some other things. The other appetizer was called Oysters Asiago which as the name implies, were 6 oysters smothered in cheese, spinach, and onions. Both were ok but just had too much cheese and toppings. The clams were so tiny you almost didn't see them and the cheese and bacon was 95% of each bite. Same story basically with the oysters although the oysters (by their nature) are larger but still too much cheese, onion, etc. Again, not bad but just so much cheese that you couldn't taste any oyster or clam. We both ordered soft shell crab for dinner and it was excellent. Crispy, very flavorful and not too much breading. I would recommend these. Sadly, our server was really bad and that can really leave a lousy impression. Her name was Alodie according to the bill. (although it sounded like Elliot when she said it). We waited about 15 minutes at our table before she first showed up. Once she graced us with her presence, we placed our order and in addition to all the aforementioned food, we also ordered two cocktails and I asked for a glass of water. When appetizers got delivered, she had never provided us with any silverware to eat with or any napkins or small plates. Nothing. We asked for those and she apologized and later brought them over. Then, when our entrees arrived, she still had neglected to bring me a simple glass of water so I asked for it again. She apologized and went to get it. Then, 5 or 7 minutes later, glass in hand, she proceeded to stop at another table and stood there talking to them FOR 15 MINUTES, all while holding my glass of water in her hand. I finally got so angry I just got up from the table myself and went to the bartender and asked him if he could pour me my own glass of water. Why she thought it was a good idea to stand there and yap with a customer for 15 minutes while leaving other customers waiting is beyond me. I would have to guess there were other tables she was responsible for who were also left sitting there waiting. After dropping off the bill, she went back to chat with these same customers again for another 7 or 10 minutes before coming back to retrieve my credit card. Client service is clearly not her strong suit. It's too bad because if the service hadn't been so bad, it might have left me with a different impression but when you are paying a decent amount for a dinner for two, asking for a glass of water shouldn't be a Herculean task. Providing eating utensils, napkins, etc. should also be server etiquette 101. Have provided some photos of the food for anyone curious about our food selections referenced earlier.

After doing my typical in-depth foodie research before visiting, this spot continued to show up on list after list, so I knew we had to stop by. Upon entering, the vibrant signage, hang-painted murals, extremely comfortable lounge and dining seating options plus lush greenery and florals instantly made me feel like "Somewhere" is where I needed to be... and likely wouldn't want to leave! Service was lovely, with welcoming hostesses up at the sidewalk. We popped in on a Friday morning and were promptly seated outside (our request) to enjoy the summer sunshine. With picnic tables, bench seating and semi-booths, there were plenty of options for any group you have. Our server, Angela, was delightful and guided us through the menu pointing out special options and how to navigate the full drink menu. The curated cocktails list was beautiful and made it hard to choose just one! We opted for the Hatching Dragon (lychee dragonfruit lemonade) and the award-winning House Marg. Among our party of four, we enjoyed chicken and waffles plus a breakfast board which was an awesome option for us to share and try different items. My least favorite item on the board was the scrapple (sorry, it was my first time trying it and my verdict was 'ehh'); everything else was delish! After our meal, we couldn't resist sitting in the lounge area and egg chairs to digest for a spell before walking to our hotel. But trust us, we'll be back soon!

My husband was meeting me there, and it definitely felt like the beginning of an Abbott and Costello skit to explain where I wanted to go, but I am sure that is by design. ;) We had a brief wait for a table after arriving around 1pm in mid-May, but service was speedy and attentive from there. Cocktails were great; husband enjoyed his espresso martini (they tout it as the best at the beach, and they may be right!) and I ordered the Hatching Dragon, a refreshing fruity lemonade cocktail that was also delicious. We started with a salad featuring corn and burrata and then ordered a few of their mix-and-match tacos. I loved both my coconut shrimp taco and my sweet potato taco (we love a well-done veggie taco!!) which were both super flavorful. All in all: great food and great drinks. We'll be back.
