For the Yelp event, participants got a custom made shirt. I was so pleased with the process and the shirt (with French cuffs and my initials) that I wanted The Doctor to experience it as well. Located on the 3rd floor on Oak Street, you enter from the street straight to an elevator, which opens directly to the showroom. It is dimly lit but in a good way, with spot lights on the suits and ties. Enzo has a large selection of swatches of colors and different types of fabrics. What I didn't see during my initial visit was all of the beautiful custom buttons! Man oh man, so many to choose from and so many colors as well. Let just say that working with Mason is an absolute blast! When I made the initial appointment, I asked if it would be ok if I brought some bubbles for us to drink as I knew we would be there for a bit and Mason said absolutely and even provided glasses for us. Mason is so professional and very focus on details. I love the fact that he makes recommendations, but also listens to what the client wants. He was patience in the process and at no point did we feel rushed. While drinking bubbles, me and The Queen got to assist in the process of selecting colors, fabric and buttons...so much fun! We ended up settling on a lovely pastel pink fabric for one shirt and a blue one with a delicate pattern on it. Both are going to look great on The Doctor and I already have plans for the pink one for date night...both of us in pink and it will be glorious! This is definitely going to be a place that gets repeat business from us as The Doctor is now thinking of having some suits made as well as slacks. And The Queen and I are planning a visit in the Fall as that is when they will have patterns specific to women's shapes. Once you find the building, you'll take the elevator to the 4th floor where youll be greeted by the staff members Constantine took awesome care of me throughout the process. Starting with my first appointment, I walked him through what I was looking for and the budget i had in mind. We decided to go with off the rack options where he selected several different suits to have me try on based on my body composition - FYI: they'll provide shirts and shoes for you if needed to try with the suit so dont stress if you come "unprepared" After trying on a bunch of different colors and having him provide his opinion, I decided after trying on a couple more different styles/materials We locked in the purchase and went over the desired alterations for the following appointment. Unfortunately, the experience completely changed when I came back for the tailoring and final pickup. The buying process that day was subpar at best. Not only was the suit handed to me wrinkled, but the entire interaction felt rushed, like they wanted me out of the store the moment I put it on. For the amount of money being spent, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. The woman assisting me during the pickup process was honestly horrible, and it completely took away from what started as a very positive experience. I'm happy to finally have the suit I wanted, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

Disaster averted...Men's Wearhouse has to advise customers to go easy on the cologne or avoid it altogether since the next customer might be allergic.

When I brought it back to have it repaired, the new owner rudely told me it was my fault for removing it too often (one time since last year, until now). He said that he didn't have access to proper zippers, so I asked why they had replaced it in the first place if the one they previously used wasn't suitable. He said they had changed ownership and basically I was out of luck unless I brought in my own zipper. The worst part of this was how rude and condescending the new owner was. Nope.

She walked us through the steps, showed us a few different suit color options, gave us guidance and recommendation and was so helpful. Generation Tux also offers 1 free suit rental if there are over 5 rentals in your party, I think that is great. They also offer up to 2 free try on at home kits. The place itself is gorgeous too! Important to note it doesn't carry sizes as everything is online for try on. This is more informational and to see colors and the items in person. Which was helpful for us because a few colors looked slightly different in person. Has suit jackets, vests, ties, bow ties, cufflinks, shoes, socks, and swatches. They also have a cute little area for drinks and coffee.
