I have been going to Louis Anthony for my hair for ten years! Throughout all that time as a customer, I have never been anything less than thrilled with their salon. Everyone in there is so incredibly friendly. The owner, Lou, is such a nice guy. My stylist's name is Aimee. She is the best stylist I've ever had! I go to her for hair cuts, highlights, low lights and I even went to her for all of my prom and wedding updos. She's very talented. She's also a very good listener. She gets all types of requests from her customers and always accommodates them. Sometimes I go into Louis Anthony unsure of what I want to do. Aimee is happy to make suggestions. She's never once let me down. I would recommend her to anybody! In addition, I have some friends and family who go to Brynn and Lauren. I've also heard nothing but positive things about their work. They also happen to be two of the nicest girls you could ever meet. I am one of many people who have been going to Louis Anthony for years. Everyone is always pleased with their visits there. After being dissapointed at a couple pricey salons in Kenmore my fiance was finally completely satisfied by Amy at Luois Anthony salon. Her original appointment was on Friday morning just as the blizzard was about to hit. We assumed the appointment would be cancelled but Amy was there and willing to go through with the appointment. Luckily we decided to cancel even though we were afraid rescheduling would take weeks. Happily Amy was able to get Zulma rescheduled as soon as the snow was cleared. This is a great place to go to get anything done to your hair. I have been to other salons, but this one made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Lauren is amazing, very personable and friendly. She make sure she understand exactly what you want done to your hair before she starts. Me being a first time customer I was nervous to go in to a new salon, but the owner came right over introduced himself and thanked me for coming to the salon. They had drinks available if you wanted something while your hair was setting.They are always making sure you have everything you need and there is a very comfortable atmosphere. I was very impressed with how my hair turned out and I absolutely love it!! My nature is always to be skeptical of salons. Complicated reasons for this but one place that I really do like going is Louis Anthony Salon. This is because their pricing is reasonable, the stylists do a good job, and I can come in a get my bangs touched up for free. I don't color my hair or do anything fancy. All I need is a reasonably priced cut that somehow looks good in spite of my not always being able to say precisely what I'm looking for - especially when it comes to bangs. My experience here has been consistently positive, both from a customer service standpoint and from a final look standpoint. Let me start by saying I was extremely skeptical at first. But that was only because I have been doing my own hair since I can remember. I'm to the point where.. well to be honest, I'm just lazy and don't want to put in the time and effort to do it myself anymore. The thought of someone else doing my hair gave me anxiety.. so bad to the point where I almost cancelled my appointment. I'm so glad I didn't. The appointment from beginning to end was wonderful. Not to mention, they got me in within 2 days of inquiring about an opening for a full highlight. I was greeted by a stylist who has been working there for over 20 years and her daughter, Charisse, was my stylist. I was offered something to drink and given a "welcome/goody bag" immediately upon sitting in the chair. We discussed what I wanted and went over my options. Charisse was very thorough with explaining what she was going to do and what the end result would be. The owner, Lou, was very involved with the process as well which was nice and comforting. I was recently here to get my hair done for a friend's wedding. The hair stylist Brin I had was so nice and understanding to what I wanted. My hair turned out great and the updo stayed all night, not a hair moved. I also got my makeup done there too. The actual make up that was done on my eyes made them pop, however the false lashes that I had where a different story. They weren't very new user friendly and had to be fixed on not just me, but two other girls in the wedding party. We were lucky enough that one of the girls had lash glue with her or the lashed would have had to been taken off totally because of how bad they were falling off.
