Louis missed 2 estimate appointments in a row. That's 4 hours of my time and 2 days of rearranged schedules to accommodate the estimate windows, with no estimate to show for it. The first appointment was made using the Yelp interface. I selected 12-2. When he didn't show up, I texted him and he called to say that his daughter made the error - she said it for a later time in the day. We rescheduled for today, 2 days later, 10-12. He was a no-show. They showed up on time and got it all done with professional equipment including a beast of a stump grinder.
