I give this establishment 4 stars, the quality of food is really good compared to most EBT seafood places, They have reasonable pricing and many options for whatever your looking for, normally I get the meal with 2 crab leg clusters and broccoli for 25$, recently I've been living the lobster tail meal which comes with a fried or steamed lobster tail and either fries or broccoli, ( for more flavor always ask for the seafood to be cooked in garlic butter) if steamed!!! It doesn't have a really fishy smell like most seafood places either and it's conveniently located in lake city, I would say have all of your ducks in a row because the police over there are terrible!!! So for some reason ( I do know ) everytime some looks good I never can get a picture of it the first time I get it! I ordered the 10 pc catfish nugget meal-$8.53 Drink not included but it come with a option of fries or broccoli. It's was awesome. Not greasy fries crispy and the tartar sauce is thick just how I like it. Staff was average friendly and the store was clean. First visit. No customers when I walked in, but clean store. Customer service was great! Ordered #39 Low Country Boil.. 1 potato, 1 corn and 18 large shrimp... does not come in a bag, but a styrofoam container instead. Presentation is nothing to be impressed about. Pretty good and quick.. I usually call in my order. Not too busy and located in an older shopping plaza. Portions are decent but if you like spicy make sure to ask for extra! The food is normally good as I have frequented this restaurant many times. Went there recently and ordered the red snapper meal. The fish was rubbery and over-cooked. Took it back the next day and the old Asian lady at the front counter refused to refund my money or even cook a replacement. Customer service is great....I only ordered crawfish so I can't speak on the other food. I should've known the crawfish wouldn't taste fresh, authentic, or good when the cashier put butter in my bag plus asked if I'd like seasoning on top of the crawfish. ‍ And of course, the crawfish weren't seasoned well & tasted as if they'd been in the freezer for months. Food has no flavor!!! Crawfish are big for no reason like they maybe over cooked. Crab legs no flavor. We were trying to figure out how the food got done so fast. this place is great. the food is always seasoned, fresh & hot when you get it. prices are reasonable and you definitely get a bang for your buck. 2/3 clusters of crab +shrimp and fries with broccoli and corn for under 30$? i think thats pretty good. only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that they price the crab legs by the pound & they have a lot of ice on it from being frozen before they cook it, so the ice adds on unnecessary weight, which equals unnecessary $$. some of the workers dont take the ice off. other than that, the food is amazing. i've made it a weekly thing with my friends to grab seafood & watch scandal. the workers there recognize us and are very welcoming. 2 thumbs up. read more
