My favorite JJ Fish location. I have not been here in a minute. I visited on 1-19-2026. I got the fish combo special pick any two so I got Whiting fish and Perch fish 3 fillets each for a total of 6: pieces of fish a coleslaw and crispy fries and white bread this combo comes with a drink so I got a bottle water this time instead of a soda. Fries so good that they didn't make it home I saved the ketchup packets and used the tartar sauce and hot sauce.Pull up and check them out. Definitely worth the trip not a disappointment. read more

At this particular location (Wesley Chapel), the chicken tenders and catfish were dry, hard and overcooked. The Stone Mountain location was a better experience. I tried shaking powder off and succeeded with the fries. I went to counter an asked for salt. No salt. The floor hadn't been swept. It wasn't clear it was a help-yourself- to pick out very cheap plastic ware and napkins. When I complained about their overall service I received eye rolls and laughter. Will never return. I usually love to come to JJ J Fish. Today I ordered a family fish meal. When I opened the pan to put seasoning on it I was horrified!!! A hair!!!! No problem. I just asked that they remake my order. The girl at the counter tried to argue with me and tell me that it was not hair because it was stretchy!!!! How crazy! I said that if it was not fish that I needed a new order. They then wanted my receipt and tried to make it difficult. I must say that one young man. Probably a manager told them that none of that was necessary and to just remake it. I usually skip fries but I ate them today and got every bit of my $10.78 worth on my chicken/fish plate. I also enjoy the shrimp and fried mushrooms from here. I have been here on more than one occasion but today I felt the need to review. Friendly customer service thru drive up window or at counter inside. You can dine inside there are several tables with a restroom for customers. I have never stepped inside of the restroom but the establishment is clean I'm hoping the same for the bathroom. There was a little condiment cup of coleslaw and fries for a side. I also tried the fried shrimp which was pretty decent. And they season everything with what looks and taste like salty powdered sugar. The best thing I had was the pineapple lemonade. It was super yummy. Minus the weird Cling wrap they put around the cup. Still unsure of the purpose of that. The wait was also pretty long, but ok because they make everything fresh.
