It was evident the nurse ignored everything written in my report, if she even read it. I mentioned I had an appointment with a specialist in a couple of weeks but came in because my condition worsened. The nurse said she was "confused" and asked,"what do you mean by worsened?" She then said I could pick up my prescription of antibiotics. I asked what was she prescribing. I then asked why was she prescribing an antibiotic that I just stated didn't work for me in my report. She was about to prescribe an antibiotic that hadn't worked for me only because it was the last "round" of antibiotics shown in my Lourdes medical records. My report also stated I was placed on two other antibiotics after that which also didn't work. I also included the names and time frame these antibiotics were prescribed. I asked her to prescribe something other than what I've listed, if it is within her power. The nurse must've been offended although I assured her I wasn't trying to be offensive. A male tech entered the room afterwards and asked,"is everything ok between you and the nurse? Confused, I said,"yes, I guess." This location used to be the best in my opinion. As I think of it, that over a decade ago. I don't plan to return.

Went this morning with my husband to get his stitches removed from his ankle and to get it checked out and the doctor that saw him Dr. Sidney St. Amant was rude and just didn't care to hear anything my husband had to say. He act like he didn't believe a word he was telling him when he tried to explain that they did in fact put him out a whole week for the injury. He made the comment "well I would've sent you back to work the same day". He said this twice! Mind you my husband couldn't even walk around or put weight on his foot the day it happened and the couple days after. My husband tried to ask him a question work related and he cut him off and said " you can do whatever you want". How is this type of attitude professional? He didn't even ask my husband any questions all he did was take a stitch out and tell him that they weren't ready to be taken out and that he would've sent him the work the same day he got the stitches. Not once did he ask my husband if he was in pain still, could move it his foot around, or walk around on it. Unprofessional! Don't care! Rude! We will not be coming back here for anything and will find somewhere else to go that actually cares about the patient!
