First call, nobody answered and no voice mail despite it being a Google Voice number. I call back the school to check the number - it was correct. The school said they had called to confirm the company was still in business. So this company should be expecting my call right? Second attempt gets thru to Google Voice. I state me name and someone answers the phone. The woman does not identify the business nor introduce herself. Instead she asks who I am and then who referred me. Honestly I'm not comfortable sharing any information when I don't even know if I'm calling the right place yet. When it's established that it's the right place, I tell her my child has tree and ragweed allergies - I'm concerned about what sort of treatment will be applied. She acknowledges one solution has tea tree oil and suggests a second one. When I ask what's in that one, she implies the info is proprietary but eventually after a lot of frustrated persistence, she starts reading off the list of a store bought bottle. It's surprising that I might be the first person in her career (since 2015) to raise any concerns. It's more surprising that she did not have the answers at the top of her head. We ended up choosing someone else mostly due to price, but she does come to you if that's more important to you.

It took her about an hour, she even collected the bugs in a plastic ziplock and took them with her.She was nice enough to check everyone in the house at no additional charge.I was concerned that we would have to wash curtains, bedding and spray chemicals on our sofas and fabric furniture.she reassured that there was no need to spray pesticides or wash curtains, just the bedding. I asked Stacey about her repelling shampoo and conditioner on her way out the door.She did not push the product at all, but we wanted it.She also provided a note for the school, b/c the nurse wanted to check my daughter hair 3x a week. Stacey also came out a week later to make sure the lice was eradicated. My husband and I agree that she was worth every penny. By the way, Stacey told us to keep the brushes, combs, and headbands and put them in a plastic bag in the freezer overnight. She was a life saver! She it quite and shy, but is a great professional.
