The person with whom I spoke indicated that a conversation was had with the front desk people and the vet (who was not even present when I was there). After I indicated that there was no one in the waiting area or in the parking lot, an explanation was given as to why no vet's were available to help my pet. Needless to say, I requested my vet records be sent to me and I will no longer be a patron of an establishment who does not put a pet in need first.

Through careful diet and holistic supplements we have been able to reduce her from 5 different hard core meds to one and that one is half what she was on. Established patients just can walk in and get a treatment on certain days/times without needing an appointment, but new folks have to go through a full exam with a chunk of paperwork before actually getting treated. I don't mind filling out a bunch of paperwork but paying $135 for the "exam" plus another $45 for treatment is crazy unless you can't walk or use your arms or hurting do much you are in tears - especially for someone who already receives regular chiropractic care. -- you'll have to see other reviews for actual quality of care.

I have been ill since I was a child and growing up with pain is never fun. It's also never fun when you're young and trying to convince doctors you're in pain. It's easy for them to jump to conclusions. I've seen multiple pain doctors but none that tackle the body and medicine in a manner that Dr. Ding does. I have always believed that eastern medicine is an amazing tool and can do great things, why else has it survived this long, and western medicine helps to fill in those gaps. Too much of either can lead to trouble though. Having someone who can feel the pain I feel and truly believe my struggles is the validation I have yet to get and wanted for so long. I don't have to prove myself here. Dr. Ding is willing to work with me and, together, work on a plan to get me off the medication I have wanted to be free of for many years. I have seen the results and know it will take time, but I feel incredibly blessed to have someone who I believe can get me to that point. I have to add that the office staff, Hanna, is very professional and friendly. Plus the trash cans there are really nice. Thank you Dr. Ding for pushing the envelope and working medicine the way it should be done.
