I wanted to wait to write this review until I was confident that laser hair removal really works--and now, after 9 months of treatments with Sureeta, I can say it does! I've been getting laser treatments on my armpits and a Brazilian, and I was so nervous to start the Brazilian process because I wasn't sure it would be effective. Sureeta, however, made me feel completely at ease throughout the experience, which isn't exactly pleasant. Trust me, it gets less painful with each session, so hang in there! One thing that stands out is how clean and well-maintained the clinic is--it immediately puts you at ease and reassures you about the process. The results have been amazing: my armpit hair is completely gone, and the Brazilian area is nearly hair-free--I think one more session will do the trick. It's worth noting that this is a long process; treatments are done monthly, so patience is key. But honestly, I wish I'd done this years ago because not having to shave is a game-changer! Not only do they excel at laser hair removal, but they also offer eyebrow threading--and they do an excellent job! It's a great option for keeping your brows looking sharp. WARNING: No laser-rated eye protection provided. Told "it's 3D so you don't need it." That is false. I purchased a 6-session laser hair removal package (Soprano Titanium) through Groupon. During both of my sessions, I was never given laser safety eyewear. When I asked about eye protection, staff told me it wasn't necessary because the machine is "3D." After my second session, I researched the device. The "3D" in Soprano Titanium refers to its three wavelengths (755nm / 810nm / 1064nm) -- it has nothing to do with eye safety. In fact, the 1064nm wavelength can reach the retina, and the manufacturer specifies laser-rated eye protection for patients as standard. Every reputable clinic provides it. This one didn't, and worse, gave me a made-up explanation when I asked. If a facility cuts corners on something as basic as eye protection -- and confidently gives customers false safety information -- I can't trust anything else about their safety practices: machine settings, maintenance, staff training, any of it. I cancelled my remaining 4 sessions. I couldn't get a refund through Groupon and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do your research. Your eyes don't grow back. read more

I purchased the Groupon package for six laser treatments and after six sessions there's not much of a difference. For 3 of those sessions, I've waited an hour past my originally schedule time to be seen. My time is valuable so it's frustrating to be waiting for something that should only take a few minutes. Compared to other laser spas, there is no consultation or asking how the treatments are going. 3 of the sessions I didn't receive any protective eyewear which should be a MUST when dealing with lasers. There seems to be little care for the client in respecting their time or if they are getting the results the paid for. There are much better options out there! PLEASE READ: DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL (or any other service)! TLDR: Very painful, unprofessional, rashes, spent $1200+ and IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK. If you were considering it PLEASE read my full review. I can't fathom how their reviews are so high after my HORRIBLE experience here. I came here since I was struggling with facial hair (I am a young Indian woman with light skin and dark hair, and was 18 years old during my treatment). When I came in to ask about full face laser hair removal since I saw their Groupon coupon, they instantly started pestering me to get my first session that day. I tried telling them that I was still deciding but they persisted to the point where I decided to just try it. They aggressively shaved my face for me before the session with no warning (I had never shaved my face before) after I laid down and I was in a lot of pain the whole time when they lasered me after. The lady that was lasering me would get irritated every time I asked for a quick break and it was clear that she wanted me out of there as soon as possible. She then told me the groupon deal would only apply if I paid for the rest of the 5 sessions right there. I decided to continue since I had already gotten one session and didn't want to waste the money (BIG mistake). The next 5 sessions were equally painful and uncomfortable and they didn't even tell me numbing gel was an option until I did some research and brought it up myself because I wanted to find a solution to the pain. The lady also would scrape the pre-laser gel off of one side of my face to put it on the other side while lasering to not waste product. She would go as fast as she could and even missed patches. After 6 sessions with maybe 20% improvement, I was stuck shaving my face frequently and was desperate to just see more progress. They told me I would see full results with a few more sessions, so I decided to stick with it because I was seeing some results (another BIG mistake). I paid for 6 more sessions (at an even higher price than the first time because they said that full face costed more now) and came in 4 more times. Still only about 20% results. Then on my 11th session, I had applied my numbing cream and was waiting for the appointment for OVER AN HOUR to the point where my numbing cream completely wore off. During the session I was in so much pain and after I had rashes and red welts around my face for a week. I stayed home for multiple days after because of how bad it was. I couldn't even bring myself to go back to finish my 12th appointment. After spending $1200+, I did not get more than a 20% improvement. I dreaded every appointment due to their attitudes and the pain and only went because I was desperate for a solution to my facial hair. I spent a year post the treatment having to shave daily to the point where my face skin was completely ruined from razor bumps and burns. Prior to the laser treatment I used to wax my face and didn't have any of these issues. Now finally, two years later, after trying everything, I use a Ulike at home face laser and it has actually worked for me and my skin is starting to recover. Please do not waste your money or ruin your skin from this place, especially for your face. They are rude, pushy, unprofessional, and I really wish someone would have stopped me before I got stuck in a 2 year long ordeal. Now that I can look back at the situation, I understand how I got taken advantage of just for them to make more money. I had multiple of the ladies for my various sessions and although one of them was worse than the others, I didn't have a good experience with any of them. I tried multiple other services here as well, such as eyebrow threading, and didn't have a great experience with that as well. They rushed that process as well. I decided to book an appointment with Beyond Beauty last Sunday for Facial. I have lots of acne and black heads around my mouth, chin, and cheek area because I wear mask every day almost for 16 hours! Their price is very reasonable compare to other facial location, and I was able to make an appointment right away. Their place is pretty clean, but the building is super old. They welcomed friendly as soon as I opened the door and escorted me to the room. Negative Points: 1. Their service bed is very uncomfortable and very squeaky 2. Face extraction was SO PAINFUL and I thought she is going to smash my face and I was in tear whole time. Extraction suppose to be gentle but she was forcing to squeeze out everything possible 3. I saw corrosion on face steamer and steamer was too close/too hot to my face and it ruined all of eye lashes 4. The lady tried to sell package deal and additional massage during operation and I was little bit annoyed ( I was fighting with pain on my face and hot steamer, so I was unable to have a conversation with her) 5. Come here for your laser hair removal treatment at your own risk... 2018ish, I got a Groupon for 6 sessions but didn't come back to finish because I was scared. They ask you to shave bare before the appointment, but as I was getting a Brazilian laser, it's some times hard to get everything down there. They decided to whip out a cheap plastic razor and proceeded to go ham and dry shave on the spots I miss. I was terrified, we all know how sensitive that area can be. I continued with the appointment and later got up to see there was blood on the seat! I didn't come back after that. I also remember being asked multiple times for a good review on Yelp, and as these were returning appointments, I felt obligated to leave a good review (I've since removed it). It almost felt like they kept track of whether you've posted the review because they mentioned they saw my review on one returns. Looking back, I should not have given in and this is totally not acceptable business practice. I gave 2 stars because their laser machine is legit and I did see results. It's not that painful either, there are only a few sensitive regions for me. So yes, come at your own risk. This review is only for eyebrow threading, as I haven't tried any other services that they offer. The lady that does my eyebrow is very efficient and makes it a pain free process. The parlor is very clean and I feel safe to go during these times. There can be a 5-10 min wait in the evenings, but it does move fast. I see a lot of them come in for waxing and hair coloring. Should try it some time! They have a big parking lot although sometimes it's really hard to find a spot. Recommend trying this place for eyebrow threading! read more

I am undergoing laser treatment from Sureeta. I have already taken seven sessions and I can see remarkable change. I have already lost 90% of hair. My initial sessions were a bit painful due to high hair density however Sureeta showed a lot of patience during that time. After four sessions the service is almost pain free. The Salon is extremely clean. They always change bedding before the session. I do always get fresh and clean towels. I have always seen Sureeta using clean tools. BEWARE!!! I got a Brazilian hot wax thinking it would be a regular good experience but, what happened made me think they don't know how to actually do hot wax Brazilian waxing. The lady started out with the bottom fold area and did the entire swap in one go from top to bottom. The wax was incredibly hot and burned me. It's been days since it happened and I'm still bright red in the area. For the top she switched to wax strips which caused bleeding and inflamed hair follicles and such soreness that wearing clothing has been painful. Not all of the hair was taken out and I was left with patches on top. I cannot do anything about it because I'm still sore from this. I won't be coming back here for any of their services. read more

We each got microdermabrasion and our skin is definitely clearer but we both came in with the intention of getting "deep clean" facials but the woman recommended microdermabrasion without really telling us why. The facial experience would've been better if she told me what she was doing to my face and why, rather than just rubbing strange things on and then leaving. She was also very critical of my skin, I don't think she meant to be mean, but repeatedly saying "wow you have a lot of -insert skin concern-" over and over (4x in 1 hour) doesn't make you feel great. I've been here a few times and had really good threading done. However you have to be careful when you arrive, because the ladies will lie & put you with people that are freshly learning. They'll tell you that the person has been practicing threading for years, yet once they start your service it is VERY apparent they don't know what they're doing. Tonight was a perfect example, as when I got home my whole lip was inflamed, I noticed she missed big patches of hair, and blatantly broke multiple off instead of pulling them out. Which now has resulted in my skin being broken out for the next week or two. It's seriously frustrating when people take advantage of customers. Extremely disappointing service today. I have been coming here for over 4 years, when they were in the other location down the street. I truly enjoyed coming here four years ago, not sure how business and customer service has gone so far down hill. Today I scheduled a 60- minute diamond microdermabrasion facial. I only received 10 minutes of actual service and treatment and then the lady left me for the remaining time and serviced someone else. Before I have had the full 60 minutes of service with small breaks in between. Tools used to be used to remove blackheads, I used to be given the steamer prior to black head removal, also the suction was used to exfoliate for atleast 20 minutes, this time it was about 2-minutes for suction and exfoliation followed by some sloppy face smacks to maybe imitate a massage, and no blackhead removal at all. Definitely no longer recommended this place even with a groupon or discount! Stay clear from here!!! read more

I was looking for a Indian facial (facials at regular salons , even the very expensive types don't involve massage as much as an Indian facial does) type of place near my home to have a regular go to place so tried a Groupon. While the facial itself was really good, I found these things lacking which have given me pause- 1. The lady at the reception who ended giving me the facial was really cold- not a single welcoming smile or greeting. 2. She didn't tell me anything about the facial before starting- especially missing out on asking me what ended up being the dealbreaker- she put hands full of face massage products in to my hair without asking me if that was ok! I had just showered and blow dried my hair salon type before heading there and for her to have dirtied my hair causing me to head back home straight to shower again was just crazy!! I mean, why not check with a customer if that's ok. A head massage is not part of a facial at regular salons and I might have liked it if she had asked me about it and I knew to expect it (or in this case to have said no to it). My feedback to the salon would be to have communicative workers who make customers feel welcome. I have continued visiting many salons where the service wasn't that great but who had friendly workers who clearly communicated what the service involved. read more

I had booked my first laser hair removal appointments here starting about last year and out of 11 or 12 sessions, I've had Pooja be my laser person for about 7 or 8 sessions. She's been fantastic. She first let me know what to do before and after sessions to help take care of my skin, and during the sessions, she is very gentle and attentive, making sure that I'm not in too much pain. The establishment itself is also very nice. No complaints. Phone audio quality is a bit crackly though. If you're looking to get laser hair removal, do be aware that it is not an instant process, it takes time due to hair regrowth cycles. At the time of a session, there are potentially still hairs that have not grown enough to absorb the laser yet. If you're planning to get hair removed from from your face, we aware that it does sting a little. The first couple sessions are more painful because there are more hairs to absorb heat, but as the hairs die out, the pain is substantially lessened. If you're afraid of the pain, take Advils 30-45 minutes before your session. read more
