First of all, i booked through class pass. The minute I walked in a man told me that the class was…read morecanceled and then he made me sign a waiver, and then they squeezed me in the class, but why even ruined the vibe by saying the classes is canceled and it doesn't make much sense I guess they just cancel classes if their members book all the spots? It doesn't really make sense but OK, already vibe ruined but i took the aerial 1 class. The man followed me around asking where i got my yoga mat and even when i was leaving asked if i am taking my yoga mat and where it is etc- very annoying, bizarre and frankly off putting as hell. he was anything but welcoming so i suggest you remove him from whatever he's doing in the front. never want to come back. apparently you have to pay for rental yoga mat. But even before I get to the class, the entry entryway and the vibe of the whole place is off because it's so worn out. i'm scared the fabric will fall off the hook and it's extremely smelly and overall unstable and worn out looking- not sure if i can trust the hanging to support me but that's the attorney in me talking. everything i see seems like a liability, especially their old hooks and the way the instructor walks around with a huge ladder in a crowded class. Next the class itself- instructor spent majority of the time making us stretch and adjusting our fabric. it was such a waste of time. don't do it if you're trying to get a workout in.

Yelp Version (Documented + Legally Safe)…read more Unsafe and Unqualified -- Screenshots Tell the Story I've spent years rebuilding my confidence after trauma, and movement has been part of my healing. I signed up for this class believing it would be a safe space for women to reconnect with strength and self-esteem. Instead, I was blindsided by judgment and dismissal from the instructor, Amy. Below are her exact words from our text exchange (screenshots attached): "You don't really seem to be in a good headspace, so I'd rather you come when we can communicate better." No conversation. No context. No compassion. She refunded me immediately and refused to answer the phone. This woman is not a licensed therapist, yet she made a clinical-sounding judgment about my "headspace" based on a few texts. That's not care -- that's discrimination. It's emotionally reckless, and it caused real harm. What's most painful is that I was proud of myself for showing up. I've been doing the work -- therapy, sobriety, healing -- and taking this class was a big, vulnerable step. To be told I was "unfit" by someone without qualifications was retraumatizing. Amy's lack of communication and empathy proves she is not trauma-informed and should not be running a class that markets itself as "healing." If you're a woman seeking empowerment through movement, protect yourself and look elsewhere. You deserve teachers who listen, who care, and who don't play therapist when they're not one. This experience was painful, invalidating, and a reminder that unqualified people can do real harm under the guise of "help." Women like me are working hard to heal. We deserve better. when things like this happen. . Speak up. Show receipts. Protect your peace. I would give it a 3.5 if I could because the classes were super fun. The only things that bring it…read moredown was the size of the space isn't great for larger classes in terms of visibility, and the classes don't have the most amazing time selections but the staff and instructors were great. Street parking is good in the morning on weekends but I could see it being more difficult at other hours. Pricing for packages is a bit out of my range but class pass intro classes were fun and pretty accessible.

Trippy's energy radiates through a screen and I was immediately interested in being coached by him. I had my first lesson last night and WOW!!!!! I left the studio so giddy and excited. I am TERRIBLE at pole but it has become so addicting for me and trippy made me feel so comfortable about my skill level and allowed me to feel safe in my space. Since I've done all the research for this, -no, you will not find a better coach for a better price anywhere near here. Trust me. To be fair, I go to the other studio because it's quite literally .5 minutes walking distance from my house and they offer open pole (so does this place) so it allows me to practice what I've learned with trippy on a regular basis. Otherwise, Opolence is my go to for good now!

You not only learn the standard moves, but you also get to learn different and creative entries or exits that you don't really see elsewhere. His experience as a performer is translated well into his teaching style and I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for that. He also does a great job of encouraging and pushing everyone to safe limits. Very tight knit and homey environment. Looking forward to learning more here.

I absolutely love them and will continue to come to them for our future events!! From the moment we met with them, they immediately spoke to us like we were already their friends. They knew what we wanted and it was very easy to understand the vision they had when explained to us! I didn't hire a wedding coordinator because.. inflation and budgets lolll but at the end of the day, Sahag made me feel comfortable enough to call him and ask him for his advice on how long each part of the day would take in regards to creating an itinerary and making sure we had enough time for everything. I must have called Sahag at least 50x!! Poor guy lol! But he never seemed annoyed, never gave me an ounce of negative energy, he was always willing to help, and never let one call go to voicemail! WOW!! During both our engagement and wedding shoots, I was getting a little cranky with the pains from my heels (I hate heels and I hate the man who invented heels even more!) and they knew exactly how to handle the situation and always made sure I kept a smile on my face! Come to find out, they had also worked on my SIL's christening and her parents wedding! So it's easy to say that they're pretty much family at this point! Lolll These guys work hard to make sure you have the greatest day of your life and they do it so smoothly and make it look so easy!! We weren't even speaking to photographers we hired, we were speaking with friends! I can't emphasize that enough!! We will continue to recommend them to all of our friends and family members! Sahag and Shahe and the videographers (I wish I had their names, I'm so sorry!) thank you for allowing us to have the SMOOTHEST wedding day possible while also being apart of our celebrations! We are forever grateful to you guys and we can't wait to work with you again on our future events!
