AVOID: It took sending three separate emails and three calls to finally get a response regarding my issue. When staff member Amy Wiley finally replied, her tone was incredibly arrogant and outright dishonest. Instead of resolving the problem, she defended the store's unfair practice of retroactively changing the Return Policy (!) on items I had already purchased. Ignoring customers and lying about policies is completely unacceptable. Amy Wiley's dismissive attitude solidified my decision never to support this business again. Check the Return Policy from when I bought the two HOKA shoes; see the images. Nowhere does it state that SALE items are Not Returnable. The same with the listings. I have screenshots that were taken on June 15, 2026, from 9-10 PM. Can't support "local" if they make everything difficult. Bought my 2nd pair of Hoka shoes there (Bondi 8) and they gave me huge blisters on inside of heel! Never had a problem with Hoka shoes! Love them! So I called Hoka and they said if within 30 days I can exchange and go back to Bondi 7 - so I called store and they said being them in...which I did...but because I didn't have the original box they wouldn't let me exchange - something about not having the passwords to do all the work required.... Really? So I am returning them to Hoka ...who said it's NOT their policy to require a box when returning either direct OR from a store....such a shame... now I will order my On Clouds (purchased 3 pairs from this store) and Hoka shoes online ;) instead of shopping local...buyer beware! read more

I am reviewing this store again. We went back after buying a pair for my husband, to get myself a pair of shoes, and Alex the employee, not the manager, went above and beyond to help me. He let me try on several pair of shoes. I have a hard time finding a good pair of shoes due to ankle issues. I found a pair that I liked, however, they did not have the color I wanted. I wouldn't give this store any business after visiting with my family. We were prepared to buy running shoes for 3 people but the lady working there acted inconvenienced for us asking to try on different shoes. She was rude and wouldn't devote much time at all to us. I'd recommend making a drive to Run With It locates in Fort Walton Beach. They're friendly and ultra helpful. read more

While the staff tries, the store owner appears to be in it for $$$. Maybe she just thinks there is a sucker on 30a that will pay the ridiculous prices. Anything NOT on clearance is MSRP. Any discount is nefarious. Education discount (supposedly) but only at start of school year. Some items are mislabeled and not only are they MSRP, they are marked up another 25%+. Unless it's an emergency ... enter at your own financial risk. Furthermore, they now charge 3% convenience fee on anything other than a cash (greenbacks) purchase. The excuse is b/c of inflation.... The reality is otherwise. For what they charge, they should eat that 3%. I've given TOO much to this business already ... as I have purchased from there 1/2 dozen times or more....but no more. I have purchase probably30 pair of shoes here in the past. I was in the store and purchased shoes on Saturday. Less than 30 minutes I change my mind on the spur of the moment purchase which I never do and tried to return. They where very rude and would not do the return. I will NEVER buy another pair from here and all my family members and friends will not either. I understand retail but this is unacceptable. read more

Dear Owners, Fire John "the manager" your business might increase. Let me start with, I've purchased a pair of shoes from here about 6 months ago, I can't remember the lady's name who helped me but SHE WAS GREAT. I came in today with the intention for me to buy 2 new pair of running and potentially a third. Within 10 seconds of walking in the door John "the manager", asks me "what I normally run in", I said, "Nikes, Brookes and Merrells." His response was "I won't hold that against you." cool maybe he's being playful although his tone didn't sound as such. Then he asks me, "how many miles I run in a week" my response, "20-30 unfortunately but Im looking for something that's going to get beat up quickly, light and breathes." So he tries to sell me the most expensive on the shelf with a HUGE heel cushion in the Midsole. NOTHING like what i currently run in. I try and explain its going to change my stride and he quickly rebuttals yes it'll improve it. HE HASNT EVEN SEEN MY STRIDE. Then proceeds to tell me "these are the only shoes I run in"... You can clearly tell this guy in not exactly an athlete however i continue to bite my tongue. I said im not looking to change my stride at the moment nor willing to pay for an expensive pair of shoes that may adversely affect my performance. I ask him to let me look around. I quickly find a pair of shoes that are comparable to what I like to run in. I ask him if he has a 12 in the shoe. He then asks me "why did you picked that shoe" so i told him they look comparable to what i like to run in. His response was "so you pick your running shoes based off looks?" The insults continue, so numerous insults from John "the manager". " I said you know what I think I'm good. He responded with an attitude ok have a good day. I decided to walk back in, to ask who the manager was, he said that was him. So i said that's fine, I just want you to know that I'm Active Duty and will ensure I educate everyone i work with on the customer service provided here. all of us run 20-30 miles a week and could have easily had a huge impact on keeping this small business running. Visiting this area on vacation. Marathon runner and love a good running store. Walked in after lunch near by and was very disappointed. Guy who came up to me was more like a car sales man. I told him what a run in and love and just looking around. He pulled out 3 box's of shoes saying these are the best and the coolest colors and right away said I will make a great deal and will mark anyone of these down just for you today...
