At that point the right thing to do would be to say we don't have anyone available to do this type of service. Fast forward to our appointment I get started and mind you, this is my first time trying to lift my lashes. I'm laying for about 30-45 minutes thinking this is gonna come out looking great because my lashes go straight down. The lady says to go wash my lashes to get the glue out. I was recommended here by my mom and she was there and said that you're not supposed to wet the lashes for 24 hrs to let them set. The lady working on my lashes then had me lay back down to take the glue off with tweezers which was very painful and she took a lot of my eyelashes out. My eyes were red. She then said to come back August 16 to fix them since the person who does the service was off. I was just trying to leave at that point because I found the whole situation to be unsettling. They should've said from the beginning they couldn't instead I wasted my time. I DO NOT recommend this place. Go somewhere else
