Really enjoyed the jalapeño cornbread; again it's slightly sweet but also has the jalapeño spice. They have three BBQ sauces available - sweet, spicy and Carolina mustard based. I found the spicy to be my favorite. It's a food truck so there's no indoor seating but they do have some covered picnic tables (the breeze helps but keep the temperature in mind when visiting). With all the food being ready ahead of time, it doesn't take long to get your food. The lady taking orders at the food truck window was very pleasant and delivers your food to the table if you're eating there. Getting a plate or two to take home is also a popular option. Definitely give them a try if you're passing by and like BBQ.

I enjoyed every last bite and was left wanting more. I will have to stop in the next time I am through and try some more options off their menu. Their hot sauce is actually very spicy which is good alone or mixed with their other milder sauces. There was only a few people and bit of a wait in between taking orders. From start to finish, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Being next to the high school, I can see it getting busy during their lunch break so they text their order ahead of time since they don't have much time on their break and would probably spend most of it waiting in line to order or waiting for food. They were already busy with somewhat big orders with just a handful of people there. Maybe someday they can advance to an ordering app to make it more efficient. I too would like to just order ahead and not have to wait as long. Maybe I can try the text to order next time. Night time can be very dark with little lighting in this area. Their 2nd location at the brewery is a good setup since people can buy their time looking around at art, listening to music, staying indoors at the brewery or drinking beers while waiting for their food. They're doing good for being open less than a week! Solid Mexican fast food especially since there aren't many Mexican options around this area at all.
