We called love site yesterday on 7/23/22. We spoke with Michael who was extremely helpful. We had an issue not being able to find where our air filter was supposed to go. Michael explained over the phone where to look. We then decided to have him come by for a service. With in about an hour he was able to come by. He looked at the system and found that there was not a flyer in the furnace. He advised us we would want to get our ducts cleaned because the installer of the furnace did not put a filter in, and the inside of the furnace and ducts were dirty. This is not something he or his company does, so he did not charge us for coming out. He replaced the filter and didn't charge us for the visit... I know they will be my first call in the future for any ac needs. The house is a rental, and we had replaced the ac condenser and furnace. The company that replaced it did not put a filter in. So the renter that was in the house had never opened the furnace to try and replace the filter. I opened it attempting to replace for the new tenant but could not find the filter. I was really impressed with Raymond's work. He was able to make time during the first heat wave of the season (of course that's when our 10 year old central AC went out!) when 6 other HVAC services were too busy to come out and wanted to schedule 3 to 15 days later. Raymond came by the same day and diagnosed a minor problem (circuit breaker had been switched off by a painter) that was easily fixed. Coooool again! Quality- The work they did and the time frame that they got it done, phenomenal work. Our central air conditioning system suddenly stopped blowing cold air. Especially on a day where we were experiencing a heat wave, this was an emergency situation. In addition to that, it was a holiday so I did not expect anyone to be able to come out the same day. I reached out to multiple places through Yelp and this company was the only one that was able to come out the same day. Communication was timely, clear, and they came even earlier than expected because their prior appointment ended early. The diagnostic fee was $79 and would be waived for any repairs that are $200+. 2 brothers showed up and went straight to work. These guys are the best. I discovered a leak of some kind coming from my AC unit in the hallway ceiling, which was quickly getting worse and damaging the walls. I told my property manager, but their "go to" vendor could not commit to coming out expediently, so I called these guys. My 12 year old AC system stopped blowing cold air, Michael was super quick to respond on a Saturday morning at 9am and was at my house by 12 noon. After testing different components, it was determined the system was out of Freon. He then went around the system and found the leak at the inner corner of the compressor coils. He inspected the exchanger coils in the furnace and showed me the rust and potential for an additional leak(s)in the future. I was given the option to attempt to braze the leak at the condenser coil and charge system, but location of leak was at an extremely difficult area in the coil. With the high cost of Freon to charge the system, it was a gamble to fix it with no warranty or guaranteed. I made the choice to replaced the entire system with a new unit with a 10 year warranty. Michael and his brother Raymond were able to get it all installed a week later in one day. it's been over 100 degrees outside and my new unit is more efficient, quieter, and most importantly blowing cold. Super reliable, showed up on time, excellent text communication. Explained everything in detailed. They are a local family business and it's just the brothers, they do everything. No random workers doing the install. They followed up a few days after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied and everything was working to my satisfaction. read more
