(Side note: I'm a proud owner of a Belgian Malinois, Boston Terrier/Shih-Tzu, and Calico so I get a little crazy over independently owned pet stores because I love shopping locally when I can.) We didn't get the owner's name, but he was incredibly helpful and talked to us about his own experience with dogs with ACL problems (like our Belgian Malinois) and his future plans with Hugga Mugga's. They've been open for about a month and a half. He even gave us a free sample of joint treats for our pup! After browsing around for a bit we ended up buying a dog toy and a birthday cookie. Hugga Mugga's sells top quality products that you won't find at your local PetSmart or Petco. I'm excited to see the growth of this store and anticipate great things. Definitely a place to stop in if you're a pet owner and happen to be in Thomasville!
