So i initially got lash extensions for an upcoming trip to europe, but I've decided that these are a total game changer and are totally worth the commitment and cost. Great place! I used to go here to get my lashes done all the time. This is the only place that i can really trust to get my lashes done. I'd say my lashes lasted for a good one month. Ale is amazing. She is extremely detailed oriented and talented and knows what she is doing. I already referred her to my friend. My friend also loves her lashes. I had to change my appointment 3 times because of my busy schedule, but they worked with me to schedule my appointment. Even though there is a $10 fee for a cancellation fee, its reasonable for what my friend had to pay at some other places. (The place my friend went at New York charged her 50% of the original service for not letting them know within 24 hours!) They also really try to accommodate your needs. What i liked about this place is that they show you samples of real and synthetic lashes, all the curvatures, lengths, different thicknesses during the consultation. I got Hybrid set that is a mixture of classic and volume lashes because i don't have that many lashes, but i still wanted some fullness. Also, Ale suggested that i do not do lashes very often, because i might damage my lashes if I continuously do it. I am so impressed with her honesty and professional advice. Negative 5 stars sorry but true. Took my daughter for the first time to get her eyebrows waxed and it was horrible experience. The owner greeted us she was nice but doesn't understand how to follow instructions :( I specifically told her it's my daughters first time getting her eyebrows done so please don't take shape them I only want you to take a little from the bottom and the middle. I repeated it to her 3 times and looked at me and said ok. My daughter came out of that room with her eyebrows thin and short. I almost cried out of anger.
