Today was our first time there. We have a king size and queen size quilts that won't fit in our washer/dryer at home. The place is fantastic! Very big and very clean! DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE. DO NOT WASH HERE! They claim the reports are fake, but I have pictures. Dirty machines covered in dog hair. Folding tables were dusty. I've never in 40 years experienced a laundromat that was so poorly maintained and dirty. The owner offers no refund or rewash. Obviously, the owner doesn't care about their customers, only their own pocketbook. Bad business practice. Employees rudely yelled at me. The owner doesn't care because of who they hire, who barely speak English. Obviously, some illegal operation is going on with the Venmo cards as it came up private on my charge, not a business; they're avoiding fees. They then claimed that this is a false report, but I have pictures and came with the receipts. They still refused to return my $30, wasting my money. The owner would rather refuse a refund because they're a scumbag, in my opinion., look at all the pictures in the dirty machines. Occurrence on 8/3 Thursday night No customer service skills by the employee with fake lashes and a scowl on her face. She turned the lights off on me promptly at 10pm. But this wasn't before she harassed everyone to leave 5 minutes early saying she "needed to clean." At 9:53 she tried kicking me out but I told her that I needed to dry my clothes and the dryers didn't even dry my clothes well in that 25 minutes....I have a whole hamper of damp laundry. It started off rocky when she lied when I asked to pay cash for my washer and she argued with me until I told her it says that you accept cash on the door. I started the wash right before 8:30 when it's the last wash. It says 37 minutes for wash but ends up being around 50 minutes and in the past I rely on this time before I go to work, and I have been late because both the washer taking longer than it estimates, and the dryer taking multiple cycles to actually dry. Why do they set it for 12 minutes when it doesn't dry anything in that time? I paid extra for super wash and I want to have my items dry before I leave. She was rushing me and then she put the Zamboni on my shoe instead of saying excuse me because she was mad at me, very rude. Then when I asked her name she refused to tell me and I asked her a couple more times I believe she said Stephanie, not sure if that was the name. Very poor customer service from this employee. It's already nerve-racking enough to go to the laundromat cleaning your laundry in front of everyone, and this employee harassing me and rushing me just made me very upset. I hope the manager reads this review because shutting off the lights on customers right at 10pm is unacceptable and just plain disrespectful. How can I make sure I grabbed all my things when you turn the light off? You think it'll make me move faster that I can't see? read more

This places is very clean, Clean bathrooms, nice TV's to watch & you get free dry on the dryers that have a pink sticker. If there's any drys available, The free dry gets filled up very fast! most the time you got to watch & wait for the next dryer. Downside: very little parking/ No parking most the time. Downside: when using your debit card on the machines be careful, it might over charge for some unknown reason. My load was $3.5O my other load was $9.75 to wash but for some reason it also charged $5.00, I'm not sure why, then I noticed the $5.00 was returned. I'm just have to use cash next time, I just figured not going to the bank in the rain was easier but I was wrong. read more

Super nice owner helped me out by making sure to get me a washer because they were pretty much all in use. He even brought my laundry over for me. It was very clean considering the amount of people that use this laundromat. It's very inexpensive given other laundromats and you can wash up to 8 loads in one washer which is a super time saver! I think the prices are spot on and I am very grateful that the dryers are so inexpensive.25 dries clothes for 7 minutes. The best thing is they are open 24 hours a day! It's a busy street but the parking lot is a good size with tons of parking spaces. I arrived shortly after opening (6am) around 6:35am with a small crowd of about 4-5 other people. The inside is huge and painted bright sky blue and is super clean. There are a lot of washers, dryers, folding tables and sitting stools for use. I was really impressed to see that there are machines ranging from one load to 10 load machines and if not all, most machines take card (sorry I didn't really look at the details as I wasn't fully awake)! I think I used 3 of the 6 load machines which cost around $5 each and $1 extra for heavy loads and one smaller load for about $4... Plus the dryers are FREE! So I did a family of 7 worth of dirty laundry for about $20 in half the time it normally takes. From washing to folding the clean clothes, it was about an hour. Love Laundry also offers a service to drop off your clothes to be washed for about $1-$2 per pound, a full snack bar, and restrooms for customers only. The snack bar is fully equipped with a slushy machine, energy drinks, chips, candy and more! Also free WiFi available so you can get some work done if you chose. I called in to ask about the drop off service and how it works--very detailed and simple process. Came in and the lady did inform me it will take until the next day due to my choice of pricing. Got a call that night saying it was done earlier. The facility was clean so I felt comfortable my clothes being washed in their washers and dried in the dryers. Lazy attendant refused to let me wash my clothes because I showed up a literal 2 minutes after the "final wash" time. My clothes would've been done and I would've been gone 30 minutes before they even closed. I've been going here for years and the disrespect is ridiculous. This is the second time I had to rewash my clothes from my clothes smelling better before they went into wash to when I took them out the wash. 100% they were not the clothes. If you have to go to a laundromat, this place is clean I feel safe for the most part.. My issue is with the free drying. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate it, but in the two times I've been there I've seen people bring bags of their laundry from the parking lot right to the dryer, leaving me with having to pay for drying because the free machines are all full. I think it would be best if they require people that use the free dryers to pay for washing. Y'all this is a small business/franchise. You're taking advantage of these people. The inside is gigantic and the sky blue painted walls make it look so bright and clean. There are a ton of washers and (free) dryers, clean folding tables and nice seating choices. There's machines ranging from 1 loader to 10 loaders, and all the machines give you the option to use quarters or your credit card. I usually use 4 or 6 load machines and overall the cost was inexpensive. I did about 4 loads and the price was under $25. For a better heavier wash is only $1 extra. With the dryers being free I was able to do a family of 7 laundry for under $30 and on top of that you don't spend a lot of time there because you get your laundry done fast and affordably. From washing to folding the clean clothes, it took about an hour. Love laundry gives you the service option of dropping your clothes off to be washed and folded for about $1-$2 per pound. There's some seating available for while you wait inside and outside. They have 3 large tables for folding. Multiple laundry carts to use as well. They even have a little concession area. Inside they have not only food and drinks, but also different detergents available if you forget to bring some. All the machines (washers and dryers) take either card or quarters only. They do have a change machine available inside. Staff has been nice each time I've gone and the other people inside have been respectful towards me and my things. Pricing is very reasonable as well.
