My two pups had an amazing time staying here along with some training! I got the updates and pics when needed and Brittani was great to work with! Definitely recommend!

Brittany and our pups have a wonderful relationship that began several years ago when we were trying to socialize two dogs adopted from rescue scenes. The small one is an Alfa dog and the large one - much younger than thought to be When we adopted him. We had our hands full. Like having wild toddlers. Brittany helped us tame the beasts, so to speak. Since that time, anytime we need to leave them behind they go to Brittany's camp. They jump out enthusiastically ready for their time with her. I highly recommend Brittany should you have precious pets you love. She will help you raise them and will extend your love to them should you have to leave them in her care. We have let ours stay With her for multiple weeks at a time or for only a day. We know their needs are being met when she cares for them!

Stay far away!! She abused my dog I settled on Love Me Always Dog Training because the owner, Brittany, has several years of experience, tons of positive reviews, licensed and insured, and it was a small scale operation which I thought was perfect for Romello. I explained that he has already had training and she didn't really need to train him except for him liking to pull on his leash and snatching shoes off of Quinton's feet then refusing to drop them. When I dropped him off I gave her a list of commands that he knows (key words we use), and his feeding schedule to include how to prepare his meals. 21 days later and its pick up day! We are all excited to see Melly as he was missed terribly!! Quinton and I go inside, he gets the food container loaded into the car and I get Romello. Brittany is showing me things she worked on with Romello and he isn't interested, so she gets out peanut butter and he does a few commands (that he already knew). Once in the car we all commented that he was skinny- but thought it was from stress. He smelled terrible, and had a grooming appointment that same day. The groomer commented on how thin he was, that he had bad breath and his coat was straw like and full of dandruff- all of which are signs of a calorie deficit. The groomer also found sores on Romello's scrotum. I reached out to Brittany about Romello's condition and she denied anything being wrong, telling me he looks fine. I questioned her about what he was eating and I was given 3 different responses (see texts below). When I cleaned out my car I discovered his food container was half full. I measured exactly 110 cups of dog food into his container, 5 cups per day x 21 days is 105 cups. So I began measuring cups back into his container to see how many it took to fill it back up. 48... fourty eight cups of dog food is what she fed him over 21 days!!! I then started comparing photos from the day before drop off up until his return home at 21 days. The comparisons made me sick! I decided a vet visit was warranted as Romello was scheduled to be neutered on the 16th and I wasn't sure he was healthy enough for surgery. This morning we went to the vet (less than 24 hours of him being home) and found out he had significant weight loss, a UTI, and the sores on his scrotum were basically bed sores from laying on concrete or hard surfaces for too long. Upon questioning Brittany it became clear that I cannot trust anything she says. My vet, groomer, and prior trainer all know how serious I am about my fur babies. I am still in contact with both of their breeders and ensure we do everything we can to care for them properly. I reached out 1 last time to inform Brittany that she was responsible for his nearly 1000.00 vet bill, and she did not hesitate to reimburse me. My poor boy has ZERO confidence, his posture and overall demeanor has changed drastically.

When you call, you cannot get an answer and it often takes 4-5 messages to receive a call back, even though they say "Feel free to call and check on them." Then, they are extremely rude and argumentative. They are scamming people out of money hoping it goes unnoticed. If you look up reviews, you will see MANY complaints about this. When you question the price difference from what you were quoted, the owner (VERY MEAN LADY) will scream at you and go get her large son to come out and intimidate/threaten you - he and several others there are quite visibly HIGH on pot while working. The lady is pure evil and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. They needs to be investigated. They are dishonest and running a scam operation. They also tack on fees that show up a few days after you pay by card. Again, when you call to discuss, they don't answer or yell at you. PLEASE do NOT take your pets to this place! We thought they were wonderful at first, even after reading bad reviews. But, after a few trips we learned what others had warned about. The lady owner literally YELLED at my husband and told him not to come back and she would not change the amount to what ELI quoted us 3 times! She also said "Leave a bad review, I could care less about bad reviews." She blamed everything on ELI (front desk person) and then blamed us for caring about our dogs and questioning the huge price difference. People, I beg you to find another kennel for your fur babies. This place is NOT what is seems. I should have gone with my gut instinct when they refused to give us a tour and when the price was misquoted the first few times. They do not care about your dogs. It's just about money. Don't take my word for it or the word of those "fake" reviews or family friends. Go research and pull all the old reviews. Like she yelled at my husband, "I don't care about **** bad reviews, no one will believe them."

The call was to tell me that Misty was ready to be picked up. I could not believe my ears. I had bathed her prior to dropping her off because she smelled like a dog but I didn't think it would expedite a 3.5 hour grooming process. Little did I know what I was going to walk into when I got there. She claimed that she had given my dog another bath and she was still too matted to comb her beard. Guess it was just easier to shave her face down, so she did. Never called and consulted the owner, that would have been me. She didnt bother combing hour her legs either they are just as full as ever she looks like a Bichon and not a miniature schnauzer, she only cut her back and left her skirt and we never do that in the summer because she gets too hot. So, she just did whatever she he wanted to do and this was her only customer. Well now I know why NIKKI only had one customer today. Since she only had the one it looks like she could have taken the necessary time to come out my Misty's beard instead of cutting in all the way off. At this point if I could give it a thumbs down I would, the only saving grace from the visit was Chris the Assistant General Manager who told me I wouldn't have to pay for this monstrosity of a cut and he would that he talk store manager. I hope they o Provide her with the necessary tools she needs to do her job properly. Because this, is unacceptable, these are our babies and you don't get to do whatever you want to do to them. You have to ask permission and if we would be okay with your suggestion before you do something. THIS IS NOT OKAY..
