I came into the love muffin cafe with my boyfriend when we were passing through Moab to visit the national parks. The workers were super kind, and the environment of the cafe was great. I ordered the E.P.T. (eggs, potatoes, toast) and my partner ordered the farmer's omelet. Both turned out to be pretty basic choices, but both were made well and tasty. The real stars of our meal were the thick (seriously!) fresh-squeezed orange juice and the thick toast that came with home-made preserves (yum). There are numerous "health food" options available at Love Muffin for people who specifically want a healthy breakfast. The people running the place were, without exception, friendly and welcoming. There was quite a line to place orders but the food came in a reasonable amount of time. This is the kind of place where you order at the counter, and can either seat yourself and have your food delivered to your table OR have it supplied for take-out. Nothing fancy in that regard. Be forewarned: Love Muffin is NOT a budget-friendly breakfast option. Not everything they serve is high-priced, but much of it is pretty expensive. Breakfast for the two of us came to more than $30 . . . "up there" for a place where you stand on line to order from a register, and where most people take their food "to go." read more

Picked up breakfast and lunch sandwiches and coffee on our way to Arches for a day of hiking. Sausage breakfast panini was great for a pre-hike fill up. Was SOOOO happy to see this place open on Saturday, Aug 22, which is also my birthdayyyyyyyy.....these breakfast burritos were the perfect start to the day!!!!! And what we needed for adventures that lay ahead. We stayed across the street from Love Muffin at the Expedition Lodge, so the walk across the street was very convenient. We were glad to see that COVID safety measures were being followed as well. Masks were required for ordering, and they had a table set up at the door, preventing people from going inside. We ordered two burritos to go, and they were ready in 5. We got Morita: eggs, potato, black beans, spinach, but skipped the salsa negra and got mild salsa instead (which was so tasty!) and Bombero: eggs, slow roasted brisket, cheddar, bombero sauce and avocado. This one was awesome! That brisket was on point! the avocado was perfect!!! If you find yourself in Moab for breakfast, this is a must!!!! read more

I stopped in here to grab breakfast heading out of town to get back home from our trip Sunday morning. I was a bit grumpy from not sleeping well and needed some coffee and was ready to hit the road. This spot was neat and clean. There was a bit of a line when we got in there, but it took. So. Long. to just get an order in. We seriously stood in line for at least a solid 20 minutes. There were only about 4 people in front of us. Once it was our turn, we realized the person working the desk was super friendly! He was super nice, super chatty and may have been having a few issues working the tablet he was using to enter orders. There were staff hanging out behind the counter while the line kept getting longer and longer. I know I was a bit grouchy.. but someone either should have helped out with clearing up the long line by adding a second person taking orders.. or maybe helped the guy out with how to enter orders. I know 20 minutes may not seem like that long, but 5 minutes to take each order and run the card was painful.. I was sure it was going to be another long wait to get our food, but it came out pretty quickly, letting me know the delay was only with ordering. I had the New Mexico burrito and my daughter had a ham and cheese omelet. We ordered them to go so we could eat on the road. I know I was complaining about the slow ordering, but the food was so good! My burrito was the Jam! Coffee was perfect, burrito was awesome and it lifted my whole mood (well that and some good tunes on the highway). I would definitely come back here and try some other stuff on the menu at minimum get another New Mexico burrito. Good stuff! read more

Delicious! We stopped in for sandwiches to take on adventures. When lunch time came, we were so pleasantly surprised with these delicious sandwiches.
