People here are nice. Cam at the front desk was very kind helping me with my order and giving me suggestions. I got the no name salad (with added chicken and eggs) and it was delicious. Lot of quantity too. My dirty chia latte was extremely sweet and I had to return it for a regular black coffee, the person who ended up helping me with this was great as well. Thank you to them! Lastly, I was eating my parfait bowl, which was very tasty until I found a moldy blueberry in my bowl. Overall, seems like a good joint with good food options and good people behind the counter. We stopped in for a sandwich to take with us on a hike. This place is busy for Memorial Monday. All the seats were filled and a long line to order. Ended up getting a liege waffle which had no sauce but has a lot of caramel like chips that melts over the warm waffles and added strawberries. Too sweet for me but great for sweet tooth people. Also ordered the smothered mother burrito filed with black beans, corn, scrambled eggs, tater tots, and cheddar cheese. Omitted the barbacoa beef. All smothered in ranchero sauce and crème fraiche. Really loved this place in Moab! We stopped in here for a late breakfast/lunch after doing a hike and it did not disappoint! The staff is really friendly as well. We each ordered the smothered mother burrito which was so very good. Don't skimp on the hot sauce though! I felt the red sauce on top needed some more kick/spices but otherwise it was great. Good: The latte was tasty and the Traditional Breakfast was delicious. I opted for scrambled eggs, bacon, tater tots, sourdough toast. The eggs were cooked nicely and had a light seasoning. The tots were fun for breakfast, in place of typical hash browns. Not So Good: The bacon was completely overcooked, hard, and flat. In fact, I wasn't sure if it was real bacon or turkey bacon. Another complaint is the chaotic nature of how this place is operated. You walk up to a counter to order. It was very busy, loud, people everywhere. They don't take your name, give you a number or pager. Instead, a runner walks around a VERY crowded place searching for the right customer. Crazy to not have some kind of system. We heard about this place on Instagram and made it a must visit on our trip to Moab. We were not disappointed, we got here around 3pm. The place wasn't packed and the line moved fast. We tried an iced caramel macchiato and a breakfast burrito. The caramel macchiato was great highly recommend. There was definitely a lot of ice so I would ask for light ice next time. The burrito was also really good. We thought it would be a bit bigger which is why we decided to share, but it was super willing to I think I still consider it shareable. All in the food was relatively expensive. It came up to $20 which was a bit more than expected, but then again it's Moab so it's not super unusual. Beyond the food, service was super fast and nice and while there is no dedicated parking, it's not hard to find. read more

Stopped by this cute little cafe for lunch! It was pretty busy, but the line goes by fast. There's seating in the main area and in the back parlor room. They're a eco-friendly place! They charge for to-go boxes and their soap is shaved environmentally friendly soap. Super cool! The service was quick and good was fresh. I got the Garage burrito (breakfast is served all day), and I believe their lunch menu starts at 11 am. The garage burrito was delicious! Came with this amazing sauce and there were tator tots inside the burrito - yum!! I didn't get the salad, but I saw when they brought it out for someone, the bowls are huuuge. Coming off of a massive hike in the Canyonlands, my girlfriend and I looked for a great local place to grab lunch. After Yelping various places in Moab, we chose the Moab Garage Co. because of the high ratings. We now know why. Ordered the street tacos and the McLovin, the street tacos were well balanced, meat was tender, and the sauce didn't overpower the rest of the dish. Possibly the most hipster spot in Moab! This restaurant offers a hearty breakfast and great espresso drinks. Entering into this old garage, you're encountered with a ton of swag for sale and a playlist of rock'n'roll. The staff are nice enough and fairly efficient. Food wise, I tried the Biscuits and Gravy. This dish is more than just biscuits and gravy though. Layered in are tater tots, a couple fried eggs, and cheese. It was a great dish to load up on before heading to Canyonlands!
