The waiting area was very clean and the staff was welcoming, it felt like I was leaving Coco with family. I dropped him off and picked him up about 1 1/2 hours later. He looked like a new dog when I picked him up! He was so happy!

Today, I went in at 1:45 and saw many, many dogs coming out until 3:30pm., when I left with my little dog. For the first time, I did not feel like tipping, and was relieved to leave. Soon after, the owner who did not appreciate that gesture, called and told me that if I was not happy, I didn't have to go back. I thank him for that splendid idea. No more accommodating them and being taken for granted forever. Clients come first and are always right.

She was very nice and I really appreciate Kristin for recognizing my cats needs. Cat is 21 yrs old now and has arthritis that is treated monthly. Unfortunately, those instructions were not followed, and there was no communication with me before significant changes were made to her haircut. When I picked her up, nearly all of her hair had been shaved off, while her tail was left long and she was given a Mohawk. This was completely different from what I had requested. Had the groomer contacted me before proceeding with a haircut that differed so drastically from my instructions, I could have addressed the issue at that time. I requested a refund because the service I paid for was not what I received, but my refund was refused. I was instead offered a complimentary grooming service. I declined because, after this experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with my dog again. I am very unhappy with both the grooming itself and the lack of communication. I believe customers should be able to expect their instructions to be followed and to be contacted if there is any uncertainty about how their pet should be groomed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this grooming service and would encourage other pet owners to consider their options carefully before booking an appointment.
