The waiting area was very clean and the staff was welcoming, it felt like I was leaving Coco with family. I dropped him off and picked him up about 1 1/2 hours later. He looked like a new dog when I picked him up! He was so happy!

Today, I went in at 1:45 and saw many, many dogs coming out until 3:30pm., when I left with my little dog. For the first time, I did not feel like tipping, and was relieved to leave. Soon after, the owner who did not appreciate that gesture, called and told me that if I was not happy, I didn't have to go back. I thank him for that splendid idea. No more accommodating them and being taken for granted forever. Clients come first and are always right.

Kristen was great and she said my cat was calm and results were very good. Today was different. I wanted her to get hygiene shave and bath.Kristen brought my cat out to me and said she was unable to groom her due to aggressive behavior and trying to bite her. She was very nice and I really appreciate Kristin for recognizing my cats needs. Cat is 21 yrs old now and has arthritis that is treated monthly. She must have been in pain today so grooming was not an option for her health. I will keep brushing the areas she lets me brush. I would not hesitate to return with another pet. Thank you Kristin. I'm confident it will be a pleasure to do business with them for years to come. Taking my first step thru the door I could feel that Alex has created a happy & friendly atmosphere. The three additional people I met were welcoming, sociable and genuinely seemed happy to be there. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a 10 already as they've been very patient and accommodating with me and my wishes for my pups cuts. Alex and Crew are obviously happy and dog lovers and to say Alex is as capable as he is knowledgeable is an enormous understatement. I've finally found a Keeper for my Shih-tsu's after trying a handful of groomers from St Pete and Tampa to one drive-thru in particular in Lakeland the 2 hour 20 minute round trip is well worth it. Considering this was only our first visit I was relieved, thrilled actually that my pups were happy when I picked them up. I'm looking forward to their second appointment in 4 weeks and even finer scissor/symmetry/detail work. The pups were quite grown out considering it took 4 weeks just to get them on the books and they were already due when I called. They're worth the wait!

Unfortunately, those instructions were not followed, and there was no communication with me before significant changes were made to her haircut. When I picked her up, nearly all of her hair had been shaved off, while her tail was left long and she was given a Mohawk. This was completely different from what I had requested. Had the groomer contacted me before proceeding with a haircut that differed so drastically from my instructions, I could have addressed the issue at that time. I requested a refund because the service I paid for was not what I received, but my refund was refused. I was instead offered a complimentary grooming service. I declined because, after this experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with my dog again. I am very unhappy with both the grooming itself and the lack of communication. I believe customers should be able to expect their instructions to be followed and to be contacted if there is any uncertainty about how their pet should be groomed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this grooming service and would encourage other pet owners to consider their options carefully before booking an appointment.
