Service was okay , for the price. It's not too bad but the price is different. On the paper it's 30$ for deluxe pedicure, however I was told it would be 45$. I got a simple white pedicure with exfoliation , massage (with hot rock) and foot scrub. She did well cleaning up my toes and prepping them. She cut them unevenly and didn't really file them down straight. The paint job was disappointing I would say. For 45$ I would expect the polish not to be as uneven as they are. I got gel and I understand gel is thick naturally however you can see dents in the polish. Atmosphere was quiet, some staff were nice. They have a bathroom for use. I normally love getting my pedis here. Today I decided to get a mani for my upcoming gender reveal. My cuticles were very crusty etc from work so I wanted my hands to feel fresh. So I went in requesting a MANICURE. I would not recommend the younger girl there. They offered dip powder and I figured I'd give it a try. Visually they look good, but my nails feel super gunky under. Not very fresh feel. She trimmed my nails prior and asked if I wanted my cuticles cleaned or not...after that I got cuticle oil and that was all. Unfortunately the owner had stepped out so I couldn't say much. The lady that did my pedicure used her cuticle cutter way too harshly. I told her that it hurt and I was kind of flinching for the next foot and same thing happened but worse. The receptionist said "are you scared ?" When he looked at my face in pain. It was super weird. I'd gone there once before and could not remember why I didn't go back as it was years ago. I do now. It is kind of painful to walk now. I don't recommend this place at all. Also there were like 2 people sleeping . One on the back on a massage table by the restroom and one in the salon chair. Okay salon, the prices are good but the services could be improved from my perspective. A regular gel manicure at my usual salon does an excellent job doing the cuticles but here it's like they don't even know how to do that. The first time I was here couple months back it was the same thing, they just don't know how to cut cuticles lol. I loved coming to this nail spot , owner is always nice etc ... until today i went in to get a regular pedi .. my toes are so ugly , weren't shaped well or even trimmed like i had asked multiple times to two lady's and then the owner as well . VERY DISAPPOINTED! My first time going to this place a week in a half ago. Within a few days my nails started lifting from the back, so much that one ended up just popping right off. Don't even get me started on how annoying it is to even rub my fingers through my hair without it all getting stuck in them. I was busy on the weekend to even go and get it fixed. When I called they were closed and she told me to come back the following day. I explained to her on the phone that I was disappointed that after paying $110 for their services to get these results not even 2 weeks later was disappointing. I show up today all for her to say it's been 2 weeks you need a fill that's why they are doing that! I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years I know my nails and I know I can push about almost 3 weeks without needing a fill. The fact that she had to point out that it was 2 weeks ago , it's like no it was actually 5 days later that my nails started lifting. I will post a picture to show the growth of my nails. The reason I am upset is because it's business, it was my first time coming to this location. I had told what I assumed was the owner "Tiffany" that I have been trying to find a decent nails salon in Fullerton for about a year now. You would think instead of pointing fingers just apologize and fix the nail. I'm not one to make a scene, I wasn't asking for a whole new set I was asking to get the ones that were lifting fixed. I ended up getting a mani/pedi and I picked one of the combo options they had. Was worth it. I don't do polish but they made sure they cleaned up my nails and exfoliate my hands and feet. Even the massage was wonderful and needed. I'm happy they didn't push for polish once I said no. They know people come in to relax. The best part is they are close by to me as well. Yesterday 06/11/2023 I had an appointment at 12:00pm. I came 10 mins early so I knew I was going to have to wait. No biggie! They sat me at 11:55am in the last spa pedicure chair which was 4 away from the 4 other ladies getting a pedicure. I thought it was strange to be so far from where everyone else was but sat back and started the massage chair. After 10 mins a woman starts my water and I soak. I'm starting to feel uncomfortable so far away, so I ask how much longer and they tell me 5 mins. When I looked In my pedicure water I noticed what looked like floating skin and decided I'd had enough and was going to leave. As I passed the woman who normally does my nails she pleaded for me to stay. But everything in me said, this is not right and to leave so i did after soaking for 20 mins all the way in the back........ I told her I had an appointment and it's now 20mins past and that I didn't like that they sat me all the way in the back.
