I even stated I was allergic to the gloves used and they went out of their way to find some I was safe to use and assured me they'd have some for my next appointment. I went to this place after watching a movie with my four year old daughter. It was a first nail shop experience for my daughter and me. I asked for a pedicure and for my daughter i asked to have her nails done with her favorite color. They asked regular or gel. I have no idea so i asked them what do they recommend. They told me gel. So we went along with it. But i had a weird feeling so I texted my wife and she told me its harmful to little kids. I panicked and googled and i knew they dont care about customers but just wants money. Gel is highly not recommended until they turn 12-16years old due to chemical, thickness of their skin and nails being harmful to kids, and etc. i called them out and he said it lasts longer. Thats is wrong. She is 4. She doesn't care if it falls off tmr. We just wanted an experience. I stopped my pedicure and had them remove the polish on my daughter and left without needing to pay. I used to come here all the time. Due to my last set I will no longer be returning. I previously had red painted nails and the gentleman who did my nails left the red stain around and under my nails. Now that they have grown out my hair gets caught to the acrylic because they are so thick and we're not filled down properly. Absolutely annoying and a waste of $100 - very disappointing. read more

Over all staff is friendly I was the only person in there when I walked in a few more showed up afterwards so things didnt feel incredibly rushed. The pedi i got was great and looks good but the full set i got just yesterday on 7/16 already has spots they are lifting and after looking also has bubbles and what appears to be filing dust that wasn't taken full off before applying gell topper. I usually can let things go everyone is human things happen but im just really disappointed with this set. read more

Been coming here for a long time between the old location and the new one after the move. But after today I'll be looking for a new spot. Went with a gf and was never told there would be a wait. Sat us both for pedis as if we would be started at the same time. I asked when they would start my friend before they started painting my toes because I was considering leaving with prepped but unpainted nails. Manager said girl was about to finish the customer she was working on and my friend was next. She was not "about to finish". She worked on that customer for another 20ish mins. There was a lady who came in about 15 mins after we did and was sat next to me. I told her she was gonna be waiting a long time since my friend was next. She thanked me for letting her know and she left. I got the most expensive pedi which included a 15 min LOTION AND OIL massage which is why I picked it. My girl tried to start my timer when I had towels wrapped around my calves and was just pinching my calves. I told her I didn't want my timer started until the lotion. She said she does it with the towels first. I said I would rather wait to start until it's the lotion like the description says on the flier. She rolled her eyes and sighed. Manager came over to listen. Explained she does the "warm" towels first then lotion. I told him they're cold and I want the whole 15 mins to be lotion. He told her to do as I requested. My gfs toes were started when I was 5 mins from being done which meant I waited 30 mins past mine for her to be done. Another woman came in and she was sat so far away from us probably because the manager didn't want her to know how long the wait would be or hear our complaints. When finished manager asked how it was. I stated it needs to be communicated that there would be a wait and that we were sat as if we would be serviced at the same time. He said "oh ya. Sorry". UPDATE: After speaking to the owner, my sister in law took her mom to get her nails fixed, and the same tech that did her nails yesterday started fixing them. Well, not only did she cut my MIL, but she would ignore my SIL when she would tell her that we was being to rough, and hurting my MIL. After my MIL got cut, the tech kept working while my MIL was bleeding even after my SIL pointed out the blood multiple times. The tech was visibly upset, and when my MIL went to wash her hands she left her work station and went to the back. Another tech came out and told my SIL that the 1st tech wasn't going to fix my MIL nails, and when they asked for a refund they were just told no refunds. So they didn't want to finish fixing her nails or refund her. After some time of going back and forth, a new tech came and finished my MIL nails. I appreciate the owner trying to better the situation by offering to fix the original set of nails, but it's ridiculous how the first tech treated my MIL. Walking away mid-service, cutting and ignore the fact that she's being told to be gentle because she's hurting her client. It was my MIL's first and last time coming to this place. Original review: I'm leaving this review for my mother in law, she went in today to get a gel mani with a V shaped French tips and was quoted $38 after showing the design she wanted and was charged $48. Instead of getting a GEL manicure, the tech did dip powder instead. Well the v shapes are so uneven, they look Okay from a distance but when you look closely they look so bad. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go with my in laws, since they are only Spanish speaking and weren't able to communicate with the tech that did her nails. read more

I tried this place twice after looking for a new place. They accepted walk ins and attended to me quickly. Prices were fair. The best nail color options I have ever seen. It is a little hard to find this place, but it's in the same area as the AMC entrance and across from the comic book store. Parking is tight as the AMC and Costco are also right there. Tough to walk across the dirty parking lot with a fresh pedicure. I found a dead roach in the bathroom and the person doing my pedicure was so distracted attending to another customer that she didn't finish removing the cuticle on my big toe and I developed a very painful in grown toe nail 24 hours later. The whole reason I get pedicures is because I want to avoid in grown toe nails. I also developed an itchy rash on the bottom of one of my feet 48 hours later. Again I was a very unhappy customer just with the lady who did my nails not the lady who did my Pedi. I tipped her nicely. But the one who did my nails was like not listening to a word I said. So I left pissed . Said I'd never be back there. I'll stick with Classic Nails .. the ladies at Sunny Spa should go get some pointers from classic nails. So I explained it was a very important day and they needed to look nice narrow, very square and long .. I left with short , frumpy, round and ugly nails. And paid up the wahoo for these.. but I'm putting it out there she was in a rush and finished before my toes were done. The only tip I have for her is to take some lessons from Classic Nails. Mixed experience Jesse the technician who did my hands was amazing and detailed . Tanya who did my pedicure however was insistent on putting on my sandals before the polish dried significantly smudging the big toe and little toe . Rather than repaint the nail she tired to push the smudged polish back into place with her finger , I told her it didn't look right she responded with " it's only a little smudged " I told her if I was paying for the service I wanted it done right . She clearly got upset and applied a layer of polish on top of the smudges leaving it lumpy . When I paid I pointed the lumpy nail polish to the gentleman at the front desk and asked if I could come back if it peeled off to which he agreed . After some confliction in the parking lot I went back and a different technician redid the nail polish . Although I understand that accidents happen so much time was wasted going back and forth and kind of felt like I was being blamed for Tanya's goof .
