In TN for a weekend trip and wanted a pedicure to relax. Called salon and got right in! Holy cow wow! What a gorgeous salon. So clean and inviting. The salon techs were so kind and did a fabulous job on my pedi and my hubby's pedi. Great attention to detail. I don't like a vigorous leg rub so it was perfect!! Thanks for a great experience!! Feels of this nail lounge was luxurious, being in Turkey Creek in Knoxville. I haven't had my nails done in a while and wanted to treat myself a pedicure and manicure. I just got a basic pedicure and acrylics on my fingers--shaped in petite, shorted and rounded edges in the shade H117--such a pretty neutral coral shade that reflected differently in lighting. Make sure you call ahead because they prioritize appointments and walk-ins may waste your time. I was in the area and called to see if there was a availability, thankfully it was. Walked in, waited for maybe 30-35 mins until I had someone doing my nails. Afterwards, they moved me to sit in the pedicure chairs where I received "keep it simple" pedicure, consisted of nail shape, cuticle care, callus treatment, light massage with lotion, warm towels wrap, and nail polish. I would like to try their other services if I'm in the area. read more

I went to my first appt here yesterday. The tech cut me multiple times (and drew blood), didn't clean up around my nails & quickly brushed me out the door without offering any cuticle oil or lotion. The person next to me had beautiful nails - and treatment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend. read more

Went here on 7/8/2022 and the moment I walked in I was impressed. The owner checked me in and he was so friendly. The ambience is AMAZING! Literally I felt like I walked into a new world. The decor really is magical. When I have a pedicure/mani salon day I want to forget all the other stuff and focus on just me! This salon allows for me to do that. On Friday, I got a pedicure (lemon) my oldest got pedicure, acrylic full set, and eyebrows, my youngest got the princess mani/pedicure with designs. My experience was relaxing, the chair message was great, and room temp attire was perfect. My toes French tip no pink look good! My daughter toes looked great! Her nails and eyebrows are perfection! My baby (10) was living her best life! I really loved that my youngest had her own massage chair and across from me so I could remain in eye contact with her. Honestly, we live in Oak Ridge and will one million make this drive twice a month! This place is the new go to spot! read more

If I go back, I definitely won't have Paul do my nails again. When I sat down for a pedicure, he asked me to choose which option or level of pedicure I wanted. He pointed to the left side of the menu, which had the higher levels. My husband and I reviewed it, and after he started, he asked me again which level I wanted. I told him we chose the "Pedi - Short and Sweet." Well, that turned out to be a bad idea. He replied, "The basic one?" I said, "Yes, please." He then took it out on my feet, rubbing my toe with a buffer to the point that it became raw and painful. A day later, it still hurt, and I even pulled away because he wouldn't stop rubbing it and he cut my cuticle on same toe to point it bled and hurts still a day later.. He did a manicure as well, but left gaps between the cuticles and the polish, so I am going to need a fill much sooner than I should. My husband specifically made an appointment for me for Mother's Day because my last experience was good. Thank you, Paul, for ruining that. Oh, and I don't understand why Paul crossed out all the lines on our receipt and wrote his name when he didn't even do my husband's pedicure--a female technician did, and she did an amazing job! We did love it...then last time they charged more for the same service we normally purchase. My nails were glow in the dark which I did not request. My daughter dip chipped in less than a week and she is not rough on her nails. They charged for a set of extensions and she only used 3. We will be finding a new place. read more

My new favorite nail salon in Farragut! My mom and I have spent the last few months trying various nail salons since moving to the area. Unfortunately, we haven't yet found one that we really connected with. QQ Nail Lounge has only recently opened up, so we decided to try our luck here. Right off the bat you'll notice how big the space is. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and I appreciated how attentive they were to us. They also have a ton of color options, which made this trip all the more fun. My mom and I bought opted for gel manicures and we were able to be seated right away (no appointment). Our techs were very friendly and it was refreshing going to a salon where the staff was engaging. Overall I had a great time here. My mom and I both agree we'll be back. read more

The salon is beautiful and spacious. They have a great selection of colors, and in a great location. That's the only reason they get even one star from me. I took my mother out to treat her for her birthday and got us both manicures and pedicures and figured we'd try the new place in town. What I thought was going to be a nice treat was quickly ruined as only a few hours after leaving, 8/10 of my nails began to chip. My mothers chipped before we even left. I came back not even 24 hours later to see if they could fix them, however, as clearly their regular manicure service doesn't last a day, I asked if I could just have it replaced with gel and pay the difference in cost of a regular vs gel mani. I did not get a new manicure, just the same color in gel covering to keep them from chipping that same day. I went to check out and was shocked when I was given another bill of a brand new manicure - $25, even though the difference between a gel and regular mani is only $10 and I didn't even get another manicure, only a polish change to fix an offensive amount of chips. I asked about it because I thought surely this could not be correct, and I was passed over to speak to the owner. He dug his heels in and yes, in fact, I was expected to pay the same price as I had already paid the day before to come back and give them an opportunity to fix their low quality service. Needless to say, I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I will certainly not return. Unless you are looking to just throw your money down the drain, I'd suggest visiting elsewhere. There is a nail salon on every block of every town. Don't let the fancy looks and new space fool you. The service is sub par and the quality is low. read more

They are really good here and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The only thing I will say is that I think they overbook because even with an appointment I wait sometimes. In particular I'm very happy with the job that Lena does for my SNS. She is efficient and talented! Jimmy was also great. Definitely try them out!! read more

I'll preface this review by saying I visited shortly after they opened on a Monday. Nevertheless, the service I was given was great. I didn't have an appointment and asked if they take walk ins and they got me in right away for a pedicure. They have plenty of colors to choose from including gel polish which is my go-to. Once I was seated they immediately asked if I would like something to drink and brought me a bottle of water upon request. I didn't catch the woman's name who did my pedicure but she was great. When we arrived, no one introduced the stylist or mentioned any change. My daughter was taken back, and we went through the entire appointment under the impression she was with Christina. The haircut itself was not what was requested. My daughter brought reference photos, but the bangs were cut far too short and uneven, and the layering was incorrect. It was only after we left that I realized the stylist was not Christina at all. The business card we were handed when leaving said "Bailey," who isn't even listed on their website. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. If a client books with a specific stylist, they should be clearly informed of any changes beforehand. We would not have booked this appointment otherwise. To make matters worse, I reached out to the salon via email weeks ago to resolve this and never received any response. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. This appointment was for my daughter's birthday, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Based on both the service and the complete lack of accountability afterward, I would never recommend this salon.

Here below I have a photo of my lips currently. Shara, this is nothing short of a malpractice. Even my friends who had payed for your services in the past warned me about your reckless injection practices such as overfilling the lips, coercion to buy more filler, & dismissive behavior when customers confront you about it. I should listened to my gut and ran the opposite direction instead of letting you manipulate me on the day of that consultation. You have left me with weird, lumpy lips, a crooked smile, hard to the touch duck lips, and a hell of a lot less confidence. You have ruined my lips and I would like to be compensated for this. I know plenty of people that went here and got 1/2 syringe of lip filler and you can tell a difference, maybe it was the nurse that did mine and the placement I see great reviews about nurse Shara but I didn't have her. Highly upset I paid that much money to barely notice a difference.

Emily put a full set of lashes on my eyes when salons opened after lock down. I honestly didn't…read morereally know anything about lash extensions etc and she walked me through it and they were perfect. I was hooked. This service was $80. I didn't know that this was a special one time price. Fast forward, Emily filled in my lashes several times and they were awesome every single time. I ended up having to quarantine with different family members a few times due to COVID and missed having my lashes filled in. By the time, I could come back I needed another full set but Emily wasn't available. They booked me with someone else and I didn't even ask what the price was. I just assumed it would be the same or close. Nope, when it came time to check out I was told it would be $145. I spoke at length with Jason and maybe he was having a bad day but he basically told me that they had plenty of business. He did end up giving me $15 off and I left. When I got home I was surprised when I really looked at my lashes and saw what a shoddy job had been done on them. I was disappointed but just decided to let it go. Less than a week later almost every (much more expensive) lash was gone. I paid a lot more for my second set of lashes here and they were a complete waste of money and I, too am a small business owner. If you do decide to use this salon for lashes, ask for Emily and just wait until she has an opening. She is great and takes her time to make sure you leave happy. They are lucky to have her. I hate that I can't go back to her but I can't support this business again. Jason answered my review on Google but never tried to contact me so I had no idea that they would try to fix the shoddy lash job. I had barely any lashes left (they were not very full to begin with but I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings) in just a few days. I actually had friends ask me why I hadn't gotten my lashes done because everyone had gotten used to how great they looked. I never one time had this problem when Emily did my lashes. Again, if you are looking for a place to have your lashes done, I would suggest you look elsewhere. My hair stylist gave me several recommendations today and I, of course, told her my story.

It's been two days and already have tenderness around toe nails. Other than that, the pedi massage was relaxing and nail color application is good. John did my manicure. Color application is good and I like the fact the acrylic is not built up so thick but breaking the skin on my finger tips and around cuticles with very aggressive filling is painful. Concerns over infection because I know new files are not used on each client. I'll go back in a pinch but I will keep looking for my go to place every two weeks because my manicurist quit due to family issues and I've been going to her for years.
