Good quality dip nails. I've had dip at other places and they had cracked way too early. Not here. They also are sanitary too. Change out the lining for foot spa and use gloves when working with feet. My husband comes with me and they treat him well too. They're not fake nice and they are respectful. Owner hires from multiple nationalities not just Vietnamese. They speak English to each other and it is apparent they enjoy to work with each other they joke around with each other. read more

Owner has poor customer service manners. And I can't support a local business that is rude to customers because they lack employees and running over appointments. I can only imagine how she treats her employees and the reason she is short staffed. I want to enjoy my nail experience and de-stress for a moment. Not meant to feel bad because she is short staffed. Or that my business is not important. I use to have sympathy for the lack of employees due to pandemic now I see the real reason is her rudeness over all. Last time I came here back in 2006; everything turned out terrible for some reason by disasteroue experience! I never came back here for my manicures and pedicure after I had bad fallout on my nails with missing spot from last finish polished by unspoken English Asian worker, she didn't follow what I wanted for my nails...... It's worthless to put up with this flithy store! read more

I love this place. Nice updates salon. Clean inside. Everyone is friendly. They are quick yet careful. One time they did my pedicure and shellac manicure at the same time because they knew I was in a hurry. I don't always make an appointment and when I don't the wait is not that long. Last week I got the acrylics removed that I got done at this place after my horrible experience. The gentleman doing my manicure had a couple of things to say about it. Pro: He was impressed with how long the acrylics stayed on Con: He pointed out that they had "drilled" INTO my nailbeds in the process. I don't know about you but just the thought of that gives me the chills. ZERO stars for this place if I could do it. I've been going to this salon for years. They do an amazing job. All staff are really nice too.

The salon manager (also the owner) is extremely rude. I called to make an appointment and was told to be there in 10 minutes. The manager who answered the phone hung up before I could give her my name. When I arrived I was told that I needed to wait because I didn't have an appointment. Hold on, I tried to make an appointment and the manager hung up the phone on me. When I brought this to her attention she began to shout at me from across the salon. She continued to give me dirty looks. I should have turned around and walked out. Overall the salon is run down and the equipment is very worn. The nail polish selection is limited and most of the choices are crusty and half dried up. The other workers seemed pleasant -- I actually feel sorry for them. There are nicer nail salons in the area, I definitely won't be returning to this one ever! read more

I love to go to this place to get my nails done... funny it's called Love Nails. I probably started coming her because of it's convenient location (5 minutes from my house), but I wouldn't go back if I didn't like their work. Plus, it's reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly. They always have a good selection of colors, they aren't afraid to speak if they think you might regret your decision, and they are very accommodating for walk-ins. I took my friend there, though, and she was a bit weirded out by the fact that there was a guy giving her a pedicure, which I have to admit takes some getting used to. But everyone who works there, both the guys and girls, knows what they are doing. They give good manicures and good pedicures, and that's all that matters. It's my regular go-to spot. read more

I've been going there for the past 4 years. The place switched people, so if you had a bad experience - they have a new owner since 2012 I believe. The place is nice and clean, the staff is polite and will do their best to satisfy the clients. They also do waxing - I do my eyebrows there and I am pretty happy with it. I always try to schedule an appointment with this girl Galina - she's excellent! However, if she's busy I just walk in. When you ask how long is the wait, they are always accurate. Never seen an upset person (or if I did it was in the past before they switched people), but I am 100% sure that if this happens it will be fixed right away! I had gone here several times years ago and didn't return due to the salon looking dated, somewhat dingy, and staffed with young boys. Stopped in tonight for a pedi and gel manicure and was surprised to see all renovated, clean and updated. Daphne took care of my mani and pedi and was great, lots of attention to detail on my scraggly cuticles. Decided this will be my new go-to for nails, I will be back to see Daphne! read more

I go here on a regular basis, although I try to call ahead to make sure I don't have to wait. All the ladies do a great job and take their time to make sure they get it right. I started using gel about 6 months ago at their recommendation. I love it because it lasts almost 3 weeks!!! I always recommend getting your nails done here to anyone that asks. read more

$17 for a manicure where they don't even rub lotion on your hands. thats basically a nail polish change. $27 for a manicure where they apply sugar scrub on your hands only and put lotion on your hands only....come on! I opted for the $27 dollar manicure that was supposed to last 35 minutes but only lasted about 25 minutes and she barely rubbed my hands. $33 dollars if you want them to rub a little harder and get a steamy towel. I told her how I wanted my nails shaped. square with rounded ends...well, she kept making my nails flat all the way across AND flat ends and they were shaped crooked. I finally asked if I could just do it myslef, so I had to shape my own nails. The only good thing is that the place is clean....which every nail salon should be anyway! I thought i would try this place out, but I won't be going back. For $14 dollars at my usual place (Scappare), I get get a full maniucre, hand and arm massage, sugar scrub, hot towels and cutucle oil. Needless to say, I won't be going back! read more

Very unprofessional business. Do not go here if you want to make an appointment. We made appointments for three people to get manicures at the same time. Only one got her nails done. When we walked in none of the employees acknowledged us. After five minutes we had to go up to an employee ourselves to tell them we were there for our appointments. Fifteen minutes after our appointment time they were able to take one of us. When she was finished the other two were still waiting. We were so flabbergasted at lack of professionalism we left without being served. The man who did her nails did not communicate with her at all other than to mumble out the price. He was unfriendly and did not deserve the tip she gave him. From the long time we sat observing them, the employees talked among themselves in a different language instead of talking to their customers. I would NEVER go here again. They need someone competent in charge of them. Very unsatisfied with this 'business'. read more
