Brown sugar on the left, strawberry tea on the right.

Stopped in on a whim while passing through town. We only got a couple boba teas to go. The friendly fella at the counter told us they didn't have any flavored/popping bobas due to refrigeration issue. That's ok! So, one of our drinks was just a strawberry tea. They recommended their special of the day, which was the brown sugar, so I tried that one, as well. The brown sugar was ok. There wasn't much flavoring in it. It mostly tasted like plain milk with the tapioca pearls in it. The pearls were off, as well. They were almost fuzzy tasting, so maybe overcooked? The strawberry tea was the winner! It was super tasty! Perfectly sweetened; not too much, not too little. It was really nice. It's a cute place inside and the menu for the food items looked really good! We would like to visit again to try some of their menu items!

OMG, I try this place for the first time this week after moved close to this area for more than a year and finally stopped by to try it. And I'm really glad I did. The place is really nice and clean and and their staff were very helpful and attentive. The soup I ordered was one of the best and most flavorful I've had in a long time, and the spring rolls were super fresh and amazing. This place has recently become one of our favorites, and I highly recommend it.

The best fresh Vietnamese food in Polk county! You can tell they care about their service and quality of the food they serve. They're still a new restaurant, so go show them some support! Highly recommend the grilled chicken dish and egg rolls

I never have bad pho before like this. The soup is like water and no bean sprouts and basil leaves. Boba is bad too. Bad experience!

When I found out they'd been serving dim sum during traditional times for it (Sundays from 11am-3pm), I just had to try it. I ordered the perfectly chewy shrimp rice roll (add the chili crisp to it and it's even tastier, giving it some heat) and the fluffy, steamed BBQ pork buns with a side salad just to get some veggies in, all of it utterly delicious. Had I come with a much bigger appetite, I would've definitely tried more (the nice couple sitting near me mentioned the pork belly was divine). Next time, I certainly will! Highly recommended!

I placed an online lunch order for three people with the expectation that we would be able to share the dishes. I ordered three entrées and an order of spring rolls. I was surprised that they didn't offer a lunch menu, and I found the prices to be quite high, but I decided to give them a chance, hoping the quality and portion sizes would justify the cost. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from the restaurant regarding an issue they had been experiencing with their website. Since I had the employee on the phone, I asked if they could please include three plates, as we planned to share the food. I was told they didn't carry plates. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted with, "How can I help you?" I explained that I was there for a pickup order. The employee handed me the bag and immediately started to walk away. I stopped her to ask again if there was any way to get plates. She appeared annoyed and told me they didn't have any, but she could give me some forks. Apparently, they don't automatically include utensils with to-go orders unless you specifically ask for them. Unfortunately, the service issues were only the beginning. To our disappointment, the food was awful. Every dish was bland, lacked flavor, and the beef in the Pad Thai didn't even look like beef (see picture). In the end, we spent nearly $60 on three entrées and an order of spring rolls. The photo on the website shows six spring rolls, but our order contained only three. The portions were small, the food was underwhelming, and we were left both hungry and disappointed. I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but between the poor service, misleading photos, high prices, and disappointing food, this is not a place I can recommend or see myself visiting again.

The pho tai was so comforting, and they were generous with their potions of meat and veggies as compared to other places. The broth for was well flavored and rich in taste, the noodles were soft and thin. The ratio between the noodles and broth were perfect. The pork banh mi I had for lunch another day. I added a fried egg on top since that's my favorite addition to eat with banh mis in general. The bread was cripsy on the outside and soft on the inside, and they were generous with their portions of pork and veggies. The egg added a saucy element to it, and helped to create a more hearty and comforting meal. Wish I got more sandwiches for lunches the following days.

I ordered an iced coffee, eggrolls, and bo luc lac (shaking beef) for eating in and another coffee and a banh mi to go. The food was so good in the restaurant that I forgot to take pictures. Very tasty and this was a great hidden gem in Lakeland. I went with coworkers as a party of six. Menu clearly states parties of 6+ have tip automatically included. It was and I just wish I could've tipped on top. Place was nice and spacey but casual. You can talk and have conversation. Not a quiet, "upscale" kind of place but would still be great for a date night. Plenty of parking because it's in a huge shopping plaza. Price point is pretty good considering how other places are priced. Overall, if you like Vietnamese food (or have never tried it), this is a great spot to check out. Highly recommend and love finding this spot in my city! EDIT/UPDATE: The food and service is still 5 stars. I took a star off because I found out the tips don't go to the servers. I saw this on a recent visit. Will definitely come back for the food and service, but I won't be tipping. As a former food service worker myself, that doesn't sit right with me.
