While visiting my brother here in El Paso, i wanted some pho. Didn't have high hopes cause it doesn't seem like there is a big asian community here. Came here for lunch, ordered the special pho, raw steak on the side, with a side of green onion in beef fat oil. The broth was surprisingly very good and authentic tasting imo. Took some of that beef oil and spooned it in the pho broth and it gives it a nice rich flavor. I ate the whole thing, it's very good. Service was awesome no complaints. read more

Ordered a couple of things. One of them was a sandwich. The waitress was new so I asked her what kind this was. She came back and said it was seasoned pork. Well, when I got the sandwich and started eating it, it tasted really slimy. I opened it up and it was.Disgusting. Yeah, I believe it was the owner that came to my table. When I told her I didn't like it and that she should educate her waitress. She just mentioned I could order something different next time. read more

The broth was spectacular. I love love love this place! I discovered it last week and have been back twice! The pho is delightful. The veggies are so fresh, the meat on the pho was delicious! For the broth, it was perfect, not too sweet and beautifully salted. As for the bahn mi, we got the bbq one. The meat was DELICIOUS and it was so fresh. It was topped with peppers and all sorts of veggies. It was very filling as well. I would 10/10 recommend this to everyone and I will be visiting again this week! Food was amazing, I got the brisket pho, shrimp spring rolls and mango sticky rice, and when I tell you it was immaculate, it was IMMACULATE. They had just gotten through a rush when we got there but even so the staff was super nice and our food was ready in around 20 minutes. Overall an amazing restaurant and would recommend to anyone who loves pho! :) read more

A friend told me about this place because we both live west and have long wishes for a good Vietnamese restaurant on this side of town. She also boasted about the vegetarian options. I've ordered here twice now, once for pick up and most recently for dine in. Both times, service was very friendly and accommodating. The food is served within a reasonable time frame too. For take out, everything was wrapped and packaged well to prevent any food spills. Both experiences have left me thinking how good the food is! I love the shrimp spring rolls, crisp and fresh. The sauce served on the side is topped with fried scallions--tasty! The pho broth is rich and just right. I love that this place also offers Thai basil as a pho accompaniment, all with sprouts, jalapeños, red peppers, and more! The meat is tender and not fatty (rare steak). The portion sizes are satisfying. I know I'll be a regular here, and I can't wait to try more menu items. The owner checked on me twice outside of the server's already good service. Service and food was alright overall. Spring rolls much smaller than other places. Forgot to leave cash tip because we paid with card. When we were leaving our server came out and took a picture of my car. Realized what had happened and went back to leave tip and apologized for the misunderstanding and he rudely and dryly said it was ok, asked him about taking a pic and his reply was " I took a picture to know not to serve you next time for disrespecting my family's business ". Authentic, consistent and high quality ingredients used across the board. Don't think I ever had as good as pho as here. My wife and I have been coming to Love Pho since it opened. Ok I really wanted to like this place more than I did. The three stars is for the service. If I was rating it based on the food alone then it would be 5 stars. I know a brand new business is going to have its challenges so I get that. We walked in and didn't know whether to seat ourselves or not. We stood waiting and were never greeted so finally sat down. It took a little while for a waitress to bring a menu and when she did there wasn't even a hello. As I sat and watched I got it, she was completely overwhelmed. The other person waiting tables was definitely not helping and was very casually moving around. Seeing this changed my perception of the waitress, she had way too much to deal with. She asked the other wait person to take a table that just walked in and he very casually declined her and said no that's ok you can get it. The food was excellent, the pho was very flavorful and fresh. The spring rolls were very good and the peanut dipping sauce very unique to what I had had in the past. read more

Meat and noodles were good, but the broth wasn't very flavorful. It probably needed to be cooked longer? I wouldn't know. It seemed like there were not enough servers for the place because this one poor waiter was great but was basically running all over the place because there were clearly too many customers for just him. From Orange County, I must say love pho is wayyyy better and so much favors compared to pho California. I have been eating pho everyday since I got to El Paso.
