Ordered through uber eats. The food arrived on time and was pretty quick overall. The egg rolls were super crispy and tasty. The Thai tea was a little watery, but that was the least of my issues. The brisket was BAD. I started on one piece and it was so tough I couldn't chew it at all. It also tasted rotten. I immediately spit it out because it was so bad and pulled every last piece of meat out of the broth because it was all like that - it was yellow, leathery, and had the taste of rot. It was so gross. Not only this place is horrible, the service is rude too the guy who is balding slightly has an attitude and the pho has no taste at all, even with the Sriracha and hoisin sauce, still no. My mom ordered the "com" pork chop with rice and they only served little pork for $18 fucking dollars. That's insane and the total amount is $37.97. I gave this person 0% tip. NEGATIVE STARS! Service: my husband stood waiting at the counter for about 3 minutes while cashier was on her phone with her shoes off and feet on the chair before my husband could pay. The guy who took my call didn't even give me my total or TELL ME there's a fee for taking it TO GO. We knew they were about to close in about an hour so we ordered to go so we won't have to keep them there. Food: broth was bland. We ordered the bun bo hue which is the spicy beef soup. There was NO spice at all. We added all the chili it came with and luckily we had sriracha at home and made it spicy. This restaurant was amazing! We came in and I believe it was one of the owners that took our order. We told him it was our first time and he was very friendly and great with recommendations. He even offered us some of his home grown chili paste made with thai chili. The pho broth was unbelievable even without any additions. Spring rolls were fantastic as well. The vermicelli bowl was delightful and refreshing. I think this is a newer restaurant but it really should be a staple of El Paso Cuisine. Very cute and quaint inside. For 4.8 on Yelp and 5.0 on Apple Maps... I expected a lot. And if I'm being honest it was a normal Pho restaurant. Wasn't anything special. Service was good, but that's because I was the 4th table sat out of 12 or so. What I particularly didn't care for is the direct shot of cigarette smoke emanating from the back door that was open. The chicken in the pho was very dry. It didn't taste old. But it was certainly over cooked and tough. Soup was hot, but needed more salt which was not on the table. Would I go back? We wanted to like this place, we love pho so much and wanted to try a new spot and saw this place had 4.7 stars but we came in and ordered Thai iced teas, they both had chunky white pieces in it, we figured it was spoiled milk and with tasting them, it absolutely was rotten. We let the worker know and he was very kind in replacing the drinks, however I did watch him actively drink out of our drinks to taste them while he walked them to the back of the counter to make sure it tasted rotten.. I saw them check the milk or whatever in the fridge, which I then asked if it was in fact rotten. They said yes, and apologized a couple times explaining that they just got busy and didn't check. Which I understand accidents happen. However when we received the new drinks, they did taste better but they still had the white chunks in them so we decided to not drink them. I honestly don't know if he used the same cups and that's why there was still white chunks in them but if he did use the same cups that I watched him drink out of, that's concerning. Also, when the guy came to bring us our pho bowls, I saw his thumb was in my pho, he then wiped it on his pants and walked out the front of the building. All three workers I saw walked in and out of the restaurant many times, the back and the front doors and have no clue if they're washing their hands before handing us our extra bowls for our kids, or giving us our food or drinks. We're pretty shocked to see the high ratings and the plaque on their counter saying something about the best food. The food was delicious, however I question the cleanliness of it. But also maybe they were having an off day, I'm not too sure. I hope to see they make more efforts to the cleanliness when it comes to handling peoples food and drinks! read more

As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a young lady and offered a table. There was a tiny piece green veggie? on the table, and the young lady cleaned the table for us right away. We ordered Shrimp Spring Roll, the Pho Special (Pho with our various cuts of beef (Shank, Drop-Flank, Tendon, Beef balls, Shank, and Tendon) ) and the Vermicelli Special (vermicelli with grilled beef, grilled pork and an egg roll). OMG, the broth was delicious! Most of the Pho restaurants that I have eaten at in the past, the broth tasted fluke it was made from a soup bouillon mix. The broth here was definitely not from a mix. It had a richness to it. I spoke to the Chef. He told me that make each batch of broth using bone marrow and knuckle bone, cooked for 16 hours. And the flavor shows it. If you enjoy good broth, come try it! Also, safety is definitely comes first here. We were asked by 3 different staff to ensure we had no peanut allergies to ensure our order were made perfectly for us. Very nice given peanut allergy is common. Living on the west side of El Paso, there weren't many great pho options until this place opened up! We have been here many times since it has opened and have enjoyed it each time. The pho special is one of my favorite dishes as the broth is super flavorful, and it comes with a generous amount of meat. Definitely comparable to Pho I've had in Dallas and California as well. The large is a huge portion, and I can only finish it if I am very hungry. Also, ask for their homemade chili oil as it adds the perfect amount of spice to the broth! I've also had their spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, rice dishes, and BBH all of which are also very solid!! First time here was a few weeks ago, my girlfriend had the chicken fried rice and I had the shrimp fried rice. We were blown away. Hadn't had fried rice that good since moving here from Boston. Just picked up dinner from here tonight, ordered the chicken pho and the shrimp fried rice. The chicken pho was phenomenal. The broth was absolutely delicious!!
