We checked this place out as we now live in the area. We have tried majority pho restaurants here in El Paso, and this is hands down the best pho restaurant here. Broth was flavorful and rich, meats were great quality, and they even have the OG sriracha. The spring rolls I found odd that it didn't have any noodles in it, but it was still refreshing with the salad, carrots, and cucumbers. We will definitely be coming back here! read more

Unfortunately they don't give basil with pho, but on the upside, pretty hefty portion of rare beef came in my rare beef + brisket pho! Rare beef ordered outside comes with the slices prettily fanned out on a plate and tastes fresh. Overall was much better than I was expecting for Horizon and I'll be happy to come back again. read more

I can't believe some of these reviews on here. People should be more willing to wait on good food and not so uptight about miscommunication or someone having a hard time with orders ESPECIALLY if there's an obvious language barrier. Chill out folks, the food is awesome!! Came in late and the gentleman behind the counter was more than happy to seat us for dinner. We had the place to ourselves. Taking a little cruise in Horizon and my kiddo spotted this gem. Simple and cute inside. I'm glad my kiddo likes trying new things and supporting local. The food is perfect. My daughter had chicken pho and the broth had such a great flavor. I had the shrimp stir fry noodle and I must say it's the best I've ever had. Average at best. I was hoping to find food items not found anywhere else in the city like in Viet (Nha Hang) restaurant. I had the combination stir fry rice noodle dish (shrimp, BBQ pork, and steak). The meats were a bit overcooked and had too many onions for my liking. Besides the onions, the dish was quite bland. Their menu has grown since its inception but nothing you can't get anywhere else. Overpriced and they usually mess up the menu. They have the prices covered up and when I asked for a receipt they gave me a receipt with NO NUMBERS ON IT but I paid almost $20 for literally just a boba tea and spring rolls. I would have taken pics but I came in starving. The grilled shrimp spring rolls were good. They should season the shrimp but they were ok. My well done beef pho was great! The meat was super tasty and the broth was delicious. My husband (who isn't eating carbs) asked for grilled chicken and steamed veggies (not on the menu) and they accommodated which I appreciate. I stopped by to eat at this establishment little over a week ago and I must say I was disappointed with the service and the pho. The server didn't comprehend our request as we ordered our tea and coffee. I was served Lipton tea instead of jasmine tea. Asked for one Vietnamese coffee and got two. The pho was even disappointing and bean sprouts were utterly disgusting! I order large pho but the noodle portion was about small to medium size serving. It was about four mouthful of noodles, literally! When I asked for more noodles I was charged for extra, which to me was unfair simply because we ordered two large pho and the portions were unequal. To make the matter worse the bean sprouts were slimy and rotting. The sprouts had rustic colors with lime green slime. It looked like they were recycling the sprouts. You can tell the person who was prep your food tried to rinse the nastiness because my husbands sprouts were not rinsed at all. I was debating if I should report them to the food safety and inspection. Never will return to this establishment. One of the worst customer service ever!! Should have known when we were the only customers during lunch rush on a Friday!! We placed our order and it took 20 mins to get a boba drink. When I tasted the boba it was hard and definitely not the right boba texture. I'm Asian i know my boba and I've made boba at home myself so I know boba isn't supposed to be hard to chew!! We ordered spring rolls not egg rolls but when the waiter arrived with egg rolls we told her this isn't what we ordered. So not only did she argue with us about the boba and how she loves boba and she boiled it. Okay look I don't know what kind of nasty hard boba you like but this isn't boba!! You don't know what boba tastes like if you think this is what it is!! Second don't argue with us and tell us what we ordered we know the difference between and spring roll and an egg roll!! We got fed up with her arguing she said we are paying for the boba and leaving she said she'd make us the spring rolls. No we don't want anything from this horrible restaurant with this crap service!! We are done!! We paid for the boba and left we didn't even take the boba because we basically paid from crap service and a drink that wasn't boba so why even take it. Would not recommend this place unless they hire someone with better customer service and knows the difference between what boba texture is as well as the difference between what a spring roll is and egg roll is. Also I had ordered the bbq pork fried rice and she told me it was being marinated. Wth!? Why do you even have stuff on the menu if it's not ready!? So I had to substitute the meat with chicken because the bbq pork wasn't ready. This place was horrible. The service was horrible and my food was horrible! I had to get up to ask for straws, for napkins, and to tell the waitress that we were ready to order, meanwhile she was chatting with another employee. I ordered vermicelli with SHRIMP and egg rolls, but when I got my order there were only FOUR microscopic shrimps and my egg rolls were super beyond fried and dried. We wanted to give this place a try since our favorite pho place was closed, unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with the serving sizes and the place itself. To start we were charged 1 dollar for our water cups (ridiculous seriously who charges for water cups) we ordered the large portions and unfortunately while the broth had flavor, the portions of the meat and noodles were extremely lacking. We also started with the cream cheese won tons an order of 6 (we were given 5 ) and were surprised at the ridiculously small size of the won tons ( they were filled just over the size of a dime).
