The dealership sent my title to my vehicle to the wrong bank over a year ago. I spoke with Monica who works in the title department and she advised that she had already realized she sent it to the wrong bank and even did all the paperwork to fix it last year but never submitted it. It's been over a week since I last spoke with Monica but I have called and left several messages that have not been returned. I even confirmed with the initial receptionist that Monica was at work and she still avoided my call. I went in to speak with Monica and was told she was not there. "Conveniently" for them their porter was "closed" with the top in the back, so they told us they'd deliver it. Well now we know why! Don't buy here!!! I went to trade in my car for a newer car and a lower interest rate. They told me they would find me a better interest rate and after I found a car I liked and went to sign paperwork I realized the interest rate was even higher than my terrible interest rate I walked in with! If I hadn't seen it on the paperwork, they wouldn't have even told me. Was pleased in getting a decent offer for my trade in. Went back to get an oil change and interior cleaning. Needing a ride home, I was told someone would pick me up shortly then ended up staying for 1.5 hours. I was told the reason for my wait was because employees had conflicting lunch schedules..my fiancé picked me up in the end. While waiting, employees began discussing personal (kids/school/nannies) and work related issues (hours worked,etc.). When it was ready I found the back seat had not been vacuumed. Bought an advertised Jeep from this store after flying in from out of state. Shane arranged for a pickup from the airport for us with a very courteous and friendly associate; Jamie. Allowed us to take a VERY extended test drive to make sure we loved it (on island sand!) and all in all a very friendly bunch of people. Did not need to haggle, had done extensive research already and offered a very fair price on my trade. EASY and SIMPLE, WOW! Washed, fueled up and we are off. On to the next day driving back home two states away, we found an error in a missed incentive to us in the paperwork and contacted Shane. Not only did he make it right, but within 24 hours as well. I am very certain most car dealerships would likely not have corrected the error but Love fixed it promptly and professionally with no hassles. Travis, Deryk, Mark, Jamie and Shane displayed great integrity and character, something missing from the big chains I have dealt with in my previous experiences. 2018 Pacifica- Started my car on Tuesday and was prompted with a dashboard alert that said "start/stop unavailable service stop/start system" and my check engine light came on as well. Started driving and my car was shaking. I drove to Love due to their specialty in Chrysler. Once there I restarted my car to which both alerts were gone- no check engine light or start/stop system alert and no shaking. Went inside and told them exactly what happened and showed them a picture of my dash board alerts. Was quoted a $188 diagnostic fee. This was at 930AM on a Tuesday. Was told at 2PM that the problem is the auxiliary battery and it should be ready for pick up by 5PM same day. Was told the check engine light history reported it had a random misfire but that was probably a fluke. Quoted $320 for diagnostic, labor, and aux battery. Done at 5 but now the car is shaking and the check engine light is on exactly how I told them it was that morning. They ran the codes for the check engine light and it says there is a cylinder 2 misfire and in order to figure out what is wrong in cylinder 2 they would need to charge me a SECOND $188 diagnostic fee just to figure it out. I already told them it did exactly that and they told me they checked it all out and it was fine besides my auxiliary battery. Why would I have to pay a second diagnostic?? So they finally finish the 2nd diagnostic Wednesday- needs 1 Ignition coil and 1 spark plug needs to be replaced but recommend all spark plugs to be replaced. I asked if they had the parts ready to install and they said yes. Quoted about $600 for this second issue alone (quoted me $80 for ignition coil and $150 for 6 spark plugs the rest being labor and diagnostic) aside from the initial $320 aux battery issue. I said okay let me think about this and call a few people. Called several other mechanics in town and spoke to friends and family who are more familiar with working on cars and car parts. All mechanics I spoke to reported they wave the diagnostic fee if the work is done there for anything in general and also priced if it was the exact same situation and it sat right about $400. So now I'm left with either paying Love $320 + $188 to leave with a new aux battery alone and still need the work done or paying just shy of $900 just for spark plugs, 1 ignition coil and an auxiliary battery which is very clearly way way overpriced. If I leave and get the work done somewhere else and it is ~$400 I would end up spending about the same amount since Love would still charge me for the $188 diagnostic. So I'm feeling a little forced into this and like I've been completely scammed. I am called at 256PM to be told that I have to tell them if I want it done by 3PM (4min notice) in order to get the parts by the next day even though they said they had the parts prior. I was in the middle of picking up my child from school. I call them back at exactly 308PM to tell them to go ahead and do it. I'm called Thursday to be notified that since I didn't order the parts by 3PM the prior day that the parts won't be here until Friday. Arranged someone to be able to pick my car up while I'm working 8AM-8PM Friday Saturday and Sunday. I'm called at 2PM Friday to be told that now they figured out it also needs a new fuel injector but that they won't charge me for that and they will also now get me a rental. I call enterprise for the rental at 3PM and am told that I can go get a car from them right now that has a windshield cracked in 3 directions and if I don't go get that car right now that they can't guarantee there will be any other car available the rest of the day or weekend. I'm stuck at work so I can't just leave to get the car either. They said they can't bring me the car and I can't send anyone to get the car that isn't on my car insurance plan (it's only me on my car insurance plan). I tell them forget it bc really I have no way of making it work anyway. Monday I am finally notified that my car is ready and they have "good news" the ignition coil actually wasn't bad and so they only had to replace the spark plugs and fuel injector. Somehow my total is still $870 even though apparently I no longer needed a coil and the fuel injector was "free". They actually did charge me for the fuel injector. I'm nervous I still have a faulty coil but according to Danica at the front desk they have given me a labor discount from $155 down to $110 and their most experienced mechanic has been working on my car. I'm honestly just frustrated and won't ever go there again and will encourage others not to go there either. read more

Update: we called after we left to talk to a manager and since they had all left for the day we were transferred to the financial manager. We found out that not only did he not know of the car's condition, but he also did not get asked by our salesperson Victor the questions that Victor said he had asked. While there we had asked to speak to him and Victor said that that was never possible. On the phone, he stated that we should have been brought back to talk to him. He apologized and told us to call Monday to work out a deal on the car because he was not told of some of ours offers. So thank you to whoever the financial manager is and I hope that Victor gets written up at least for his lies, attitude, and inconsiderate actions. read more

Went to buy a vehicle, and had the worse buying experience of my life. I've purchased about 7 vehicles 3 that were new at other dealerships and never have been treated as I was here. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. If you value respect and courtesy this is not the place to go. The name is ironic because it is anything but love that you feel when buying a vehicle from here. You'll need a shower afterwards because you'll feel disgusting being treated the way they treat people here. Go to any other dealership but here. I want to mention that little short Manager is the worse of them all, but the finance person was very rude and tried to play games having us sign when we were still negotiating, giving us a ugly stare and talking shit to us for not signing. DONT BUY HERE! Terrible experience. Spent $35000. on a 2012 Ram 3500 just to find out they sold me an unsafe truck. I live 200 miles away. On my trip home, check engine light came on. I take it to my Dodge dealer to find the recalls they told me were fixed aren't showing fixed in the system. Then I wanted to buy a second key fab. My dealer cant get the new fab programmed. Then he tells me the ignition system board in the truck needs to be replaced $300. in order to program a second fab. Ok. I dealt with the above in stride. Here is why Im posting: I mentioned above unsafe truck. Unsafe meaning all 6 tires are wrong size. Well there goes another $1200.00 for new tires. Im full time RV living. Towing around 20000 lbs all the US. We already had one blow out on our last trip. And was told it was probably due to the incorrect tire size. So Im calling Shane the sales mgr to discuss. I drove to work this morning in my new car and I am very happy! Travis Brem made sure we were well taken care of by J. Montemayor salesperson. We received a MORE than fair value for our trade in and got a great deal on the exact car we came in to look at. Mr Montemayor was honest and efficient. We told him what are exact needs were in financing and he was able to meet all of them. We actually left the dealership with a lower payment and interest rate than our bank had offered us. The receptionist and finance manager were also very professional and we walked out of the dealership 2 hours later with a great new car. i wouldn't recommend love on spid to anyone. i waited to write this review as i believe everyone gets a second chance. chance #1: going into the dealership we were welcome by rachelle. i told her what i wanted and she took me for a test drive. upon getting back to the dealership (she already had me sold) she was called into the office by the owners son (i did not know that at the time until i asked the front desk girl) he was screaming at the top of his lungs at her, no exaggeration, receptionist had to get up and close the door. he then sent the woman home (while i'm sitting at the table waiting for her to come back). a new advisor came and sat with me and told him that the manager should not address his employees in that manner and i wasn't looking to do business with them any longer. he spoke to me and calmed me down and we were ready to close. the finance advisor, tim, came and spoke to me i told him i was already going with navy federal and would get it approved on my own. he then asked if he could run it against one of their banks to see if he could get it lower than navy federal. long story short he ran it with 3 different banks not one being navy federal. i had enough and told them to keep their vehicle. chance #2 (service department) my vehicle began honking and going crazy on its own. i explained when i called that it only does so after lunch when i have been driving it for most of the morning. i told him that it would have to be driven to make it act up. i spoke to john and he was very understanding and told me they would drive it and see if they could get it to do the same. they had my vehicle for 1 week and could not get it to go crazy to check it (ok not their fault they tried right) so upon picking it up i found that there had only been 1 mile placed on my jeep. in 1 full week only 1 mile had been driven on it!!!!! he said they turned the vehicle on and let it run to simulate driving it. however, i had already told him that i can drive it all morning and it would not do it until after a morning of driving it. so how does that help? he then told me he had been doing his job for 10 years and i told him i had had the same issue with my jeep for a week and knew when it did it. his response a week later was he couldn't have someone out driving my vehicle to figure out what is wrong with it. if that was the case why not tell me that when i called a week ago! i believe love and i could have come up with an arrangement to get my issue fixed, i could have driven it all morning and brought it back so the issue could get fixed after all my jeep is honking, lights are flashing, windshield wipers are going off, and it is shooting out windshield wiper fluid while i'm driving. as unsafe as that is you would think they would work with me, but no. they kept it for a week and said all they could do was keep turning it on in between vehicles and let it run until it did it. stay away from this dealership... too many to chose from to give business to a company that runs this way. i mean the owner's son was screaming so loud you could hear him in the lobby with his door closed and the car saleswoman went home embarrassed and shaken up but in the words of the workers there, "there is nothing that can be done, he is the boss." then they won't even work with you when your vehicle is a road hazard! sad! read more
