He was so responsive and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. James and his crew came out and did an absolutely unbelievable job removing the tree. They managed to navigate my extremely narrow access and hauled the tree over and out out in an incredible fashion through other trees, fiber optic/power cables between my back patio and the street. My neighbors and I watched in awe. They cleaned up the tree and left my yard spotless, even removing the branches and limbs that had already fallen before they arrived. From Mike Lindsey, who came to see what I needed to Albert, Josh,Sut and their crew it was flawless. One tree required the use of a crane to get it down. They preserved the driveway and within just a few hours they had all the trees cut and stumps ground. everything Went so smooth right down to the cleanup. I watched as this company mangled my neighbor's yard and dropped a limb through her skylight. They…read moreobviously didn't know what they were doing. The workers couldn't identify the trees that they were cutting. They also threw their discarded chicken bones from their lunch into the street and neigh dogs tried to eat them. Very disrespectful. At one point in the job they brought in a lift that they were not experienced in operating. Lifts beep when they are not locked in place. These people didn't lock the lift so it was constantly beeping. Very loudly. Not only was this incredibly obnoxious it was also very dangerous. Also this work was done three weeks ago and they still haven't reimbursed her for the sky light. Please do not hire this company.

They made a botched attempt at repairing it and I ended up having to replace the panel. Well, very responsive to texts until I forwarded that bill for reimbursement. It's been over two weeks and I haven't gotten any response and of course, haven't seen my $900 either. Unfortunately, I believed I was dealing with a reputable company. Don't take a chance with this company unless you're willing to go to court for reimbursement of anything that might end up damaged.
