Came here for mother's day because I love sushi. We were terribly disappointed. I should have walked out after not being acknowledged when we walked in. The older waitress walked by us twice without greeting us or sitting us even though there was tables available. When the table that arrived after us had their order taken before us, I notified the waitress we were ready and she shooed me away with her hand and very rudely said to wait. In a hurry she came and pocked up the menus without saying a word. I had to call her back to tell her we also needed to order chicken dinners for our children. It wasn't bustling, so I'm not sure why the rushed rudeness. They did have many doordash orders they were prioritizing though. Although the children's teriyaki chicken dinners came out fast, our 5 sushi rolls didn't come until over an hour later! And not all at once either. This will be the last time we come here. I don't mind the wait for food, but I will not tolerate the rude staff. We are paying customers-- we're not getting anything for free. read more

Waitress is very rude, she said they don't have hot water and she is running around with a straight face. The lady next to me was served undercooked shrimp and the waitress was arguing with her then brought me into the middle of it, made me feel very uncomfortable. I did see the shrimp and it was not cooked enough. The Sushi Chief was very nice and the sushi was really good. This was my first time here but I will not ever come back. Favorite spot for sushi in the High Dessert. The seating is small, keep that in mind. Their menu is inmense, so many options to choose from. Parking lot is small because it's shared with other restaurants, such as Chipotle, Jersey Mike's, and I believe some Chinese food. I have been coming to this little restaurant since I graduated High School, it brings good memories with my old friends. The server is so funny, and you can tell she enjoys the job. I stopped by here to order some sushi for takeout. I ordered two California rolls and a Las Vegas roll. The lady who took my order told me it would be about 25-30 mins but I waited 45 mins. They weren't very busy so I couldn't understand what took so long. I wasn't a fan of the Las Vegas roll after I got it. The inside is small and could probably only fit a handful of people. The customer service was good, they were all really friendly. If you're ordering takeout I would definitely recommend calling ahead of time (if that's an option) so you aren't waiting 45 mins to an hour. Food and service was very good! The servers were very sweet and on top of it. The miso soup was tasty and the rolls were delicious. We ordered the shrimp killer with Masago and green onion on top with the side or eel sauce and spicy mayo on top plus the albacore sushi was so good. This is my go to local sushi spot. There's plenty of parking if you don't mind walking a few parking spaces. The place is small, but people are in and out. The 2 ladies that work there really make it fun to eat here. They are always up beat and have funny comments. The food is ready in minutes and the taste is on par. I haven't had any of the raw stuff as it's not my preference , but the rolls are fire!! My personal favorites are the sexy lady roll, monster roll and monkey brains. Love Soya Sushi is my go to sushi place in this area for sushi, ramen, and tempura. The owner/waitress is always super nice and is very quick with her service. She loves to joke and tease, and I feel that it makes the service more personal, and she would remember me the next time I would come in. When it's busy and gets during rush hour she has a bit of hard time keeping up with everything, and you would think they would get more staff to take orders and serve. The sushi chefs are quick though, and the sushi has always been delicious here in my opinion. This time I got one of my favourites; Las Vegas Roll, and I took it home to enjoy due to COVID restrictions, and that I did.
