I walked in expecting "Victorville sushi," and walked out feeling like I just took a mini‑vacation to Tokyo with a layover in flavor‑town. We brought my daughter, her first time here... she had the flying saucer. I shared some bites and it was fire! Totally fresh! Not chewy, not tough, fresh af! The chef must've been back there whispering affirmations to the salmon because it came out tasting confident. If you're in Victorville and you don't stop here, that's between you and your taste buds. Sushi here is Delicious I can't not said nothing bad about it! But The service i received last Saturday was horrible,I went to eat by myself I told them just one person so they told me oh ok let clean the tables. So actually they did,the owner is the one told me that,and it was like 5 waitresses cleaning 3 tables...so I was patiently waiting for my table...around 5 minutes Then a couple came in (americans) and guess what...they acknowledge them right away and one of the waitresses ask them table for 2? They said yes! And they sat them down before me!!!!! This was so embarrassing and I just left! Yes I called back and tell the owner that what they did wasn't right..but when I called she even said . (Oh is the one just left?) WTF? C'MON very bad Customer service! And I know how yo be a great customer service because I have work in a restaurant industry all my life so you are Hispanic too and what you have done is unacceptable! Went back to try their combination dinner. I chose Vegetable Tempura, Teriyaki Beef, and a Crunch Roll. The dinner comes with miso soup, steamed rice, and a salad. All the items were very fresh. The Vegetable Tempura was battered and fried crispy. The tempura was light in feel and absolutely not greasy. Beef Teriyaki was grilled with a good tasting sauce. The pieces were tender. The Crunch Roll had a shrimp tempura in the center and tasted fresh. The green salad came with a sweet honey mustard dressing. The iceberg lettuce was fresh and crisp. Overall, a delicious combination dinner. Service was polite and friendly. I would plan on another future trip soon. read more

False false advertising at its best I mentioned to the waitress that I was going to eat all you can eat, and she failed to tell me that she was going to charge me for a sushi that she failed to mention that it was not included in the all you can eat knowing she recommended the sushi roll to me and she even apologized because she said she failed to do so - knowing that I had previously mentioned that I was going to get all you can eat. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint because it's not cool to do that With that said their sushi was absolutely delicious but if they're willing to lose a customer for $20 it's pretty messed up and pretty sad I was going to tell all my friends locally to come because I have the magic thick when it comes to telling people to go to restaurants, but I will be making sure to tell everyone not to go here due to that. It's quite disgusting that they would do that. Amazing sushi and the best in the HD! I ordered takeout here for the first time today and everything was delicious. Great prices, great customer service and food was ready quickly! When I walked in I was surprised to see a very nice and clean restaurant with about 6 booths to sit at inside. I will definitely be eating here next time! I also recommend trying the tostada and asking for it "Miguel's style". I didn't get a picture of it because it was just that good and I was ready to eat it! lol read more

This place after one quick visit has become a highly rated favorite. We were seated quickly, very clean and friendly! We only stopped in as an appetizer to the rest of our evening but I will be back to try more of their rolls. The sushi was amazing!!! Fresh, perfect fish to rice ratio, and served very quickly. Miguel's style is spicy and delicious, but if you're not into that or want to try before committing, just ask for it on the side! This is going to be a craving for sure! I highly recommend ordering the rolls "Miguel's style" and asking for lemon slices on the side, it takes the rolls to a whole new level and adds the perfect finishing touch. This was definitely not the average sushi restaurant. We were greeted with a friendly smile. What made this place different was definitely the menu. The different rolls made it hard to decide. We wanted to try them all. Smoke salmon sushi was delicious. It wasn't over powering. It was a light and full of flavor so much so that my daughter enjoyed it and had to put in another order. Staff was friendly and patient. They worked as a team. Food was brought out in a timely manner. Staff was attentive not just with us but to all the tables. Plates were cleared from the table leaving room for our next savory adventure. We enjoyed everything that we ordered from the salmon sushi to the never heard of Burrito Roll. That was delicious and creative. I actually sat there and took a second look and had to check that it wasn't a flour tortilla. It wasn't noisy or too quiet where one felt awkward having a conversation. My daughter took pictures and sent them out to her friends. Hands down the best sushi restaurant in town! My husband and I have been driving to San Bernardino every month or so for the past five years just to eat at Sushi Miguel's Style. Their unique Mexican style sushi fusion is absolutely amazing.
