Food was amazing especially since up in the high desert where chain restaurants are flooding most shopping centers. For first time visit had picked out some good entrees that any first timers should try; yellow curry, spicy fried rice, chicken noodle, pad see ew, and chicken satay as the appetizer. All came out hot and fresh and sequential with the next entree, also went with medium spice on some of the entrees definitely brought the food to another level. Thai tea was perfection and served generously in a big cup so definitely get your moneys worth and enough to share with! read more

This is my first time here. The foods tasted yummyliciois. I would definitely come back here again. The server lady was really attentive and nice. I can not wait to try their other dishes from the menu. I recommend you give this place a try when your around the area. Good thing I had an appointment near the area around 8:30pm if not I would never found this gem of a restaurant. So far their Pad Thai Noodles reminds me of the same dish from another restaurant that permanently shut down a few years ago because the chef passed away. RIP the kind chef!! Stopped here on a drive back to LA from death valley. It was just before 5 PM on a Sunday evening. The place had a good 6 tables going so maybe this is the time for a dinner crowd in the area? We ordered veg egg rolls, pad Thai, and green curry. The food was fine. It was not spectacular. I did enjoy the fried tofu in the pad Thai, but really didn't enjoy the super soft tofu in the curry. The curry was 80% bamboo shoots (from a can), and maybe 7 stripe of fresh bell pepper. Not worth what they charge. The service was just bad. From waiting over 5 minutes to even get a menu after we were seated, to waiting over 10 minutes for our check to be dropped at the table. We also got improper take out containers and had to out our sloshy curry into a very large square, shallow, styrofoam container. I don't live in the area, but if I did, I don't think I'd return for dine in again. read more

I wanted some Asian cuisine, something light because it was late. I stopped by this restaurant as I was on my way to another fast food restaurant. I had been here before and remembered it being very tasty so decided to give it another try. I was kindly greeted immediately. I told her I wanted to order to go so she gave me a menu, told me to take my time and let her know when I was ready. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. It was absolutely as delicious as I expected. I was also served very quickly. They were getting ready to close, I found out and she told me about 15 minutes, but it was more like five. The only issue I had was I ordered chicken egg rolls, but they gave me spring rolls and they were cold. They lost a star for that. read more

I get home ready to eat, when I saw my Pad See Ew was missing , so I called tight way , and was told it was served differently The " gravy was in a soup container and the almost non existing noodles were in a time styrofoam container. The noodles had no flavor nor did the soupy runny gravy, I had to add lot of chili just to be able to eat it !!! The chicken satay was the same way just a piece of grilled chicken with no seasoning!! My son ordered the orange chicken. He said it was almost flavorless as I had mentioned it lacked flavor in my first review. I got the pad Thai this time and I was not a fan. It was a disappointing order and should have stuck to the drunken noodles. I struggled between 4 &5 stars my first visit and went to a 4 star after this visit for food and service.. and then I saw the bathroom I knew I had to change it all. I left the bathroom sticking to the dining room floor. The bathroom that left me sour as I had not been in there my previous visit. I feel like bathrooms say more than the kitchen and I left feeling unsure about their cleanliness. And realized they have a B rating for a reason. So good! Siam Thai had become our favorite dinner stop on the 3.5-hour drives home from weekend climbing trips. The ambiance is lovely--relaxing and charming with a family feel. The food is very authentic with a spice that invites out the flavor of every ingredient in your dish. If you're sensitive to heat, order more mildly than you would normally. You can always heat things up with their delicious chili fish oil. My girlfriend and I had the green curry and the massaman curry this time (green curry and pad see ew last time). Awesome! Love this place so much! I have a new favorite - sweet and sour shrimp with tofu and mushrooms added. The sweet and sour is not fried or breaded it is sautéed. The sauce is absolutely so delicious; not too sweet, has a savory depth to it, not thick but not too runny. You can get it with any meat you want or more than one meat.
